Title: Originals Damaged but Replacements Perfect
Review: We ordered this set of 4 soup mugs with lids. The originals came in a small box with a “fragile” sticker on it but, unfortunately, placed in a larger box with another item (a couch protector/cover) and no “fragile” sticker. As a result, it must’ve been manhandled during shipping because, despite the styrofoam packing inside the box, two of the bowl were completely broken. We shipped them back and got the replacement items immediately with no breakage. They are visually lovely, the lids are great, they are easy to hold, microwave safe and hold a really good amount of soup, chili, stew or cereal. I would definitely recommend, but be careful of the shipping if it’s on an order with other things.

Title: Good bowls
Review: Bought these to be able to microwave soups for lunches. (Work from home.) Our old bowls were too hot to handle. Ran these & lids through the dishwasher, made soup. All good. They are dishwasher safe and handles stay cool. Hold entire can of Progresso. Deducted 1 star because we ordered V1 and received V2. Still cute and functional for our needs. Lids vent & keep microwave clean!

Title: Nice soup mugs
Review: Ordered the first set, unfortunately 1 of the mugs was broken. Contacted Amazon and another set was sent out and arrived in 2 days and all mugs were intact. Sent back the set with the broken mug and received notice that all was square regarding return credit, etc. Holds perfect amount of soup, cleans easily. When heating in microwave, the handle stays cool to touch. Retro look made the wife happy.

Title: Beautiful bowls but 2 came broken
Review: Very nice product. Really liked 2 of the 4 bowls that were not broken. Would love to get just the 2 bowls replaced and forgo the hassle of returning. The reason we use Amazon is our more remote area. I realize it’s quite easy for most to drop off at a UPS store but it’s a 45 minute drive for us. Amazon used to supply a call tag and UPS would pick up at our location. Sure wish the company would follow up and send the 2 bowls to replace the broken bowls. Not once did anyone reach out to us concerning this issue.

Review: Not used these yet, these are larger and heavier than i thought, but look good.Small piece of glaze missed near the rim, but i am not sending them back to the US, i am in the UK. Hoping this doesn't get worse with use.
