Title: Bread baking kit
Review: I bought this for myself but now buy it for everyone I give starter to that says they want to continue on the sourdough journey. The kit makes it very easy to mix, keep track of the rise, temperature and store.

Title: Good Starter Jar
Review: I made a starter from scratch about a year ago but I had it in a container that wasn't optimal (was too big, had shoulders, sealed lid) so I got this one and my starter is the healthiest I've ever seen it. The jar feels like it has good quality glass. It's a lot easier to keep track of feeding thanks to the day marker which doubles as a level marker. The tempuature sticker works and is accurate. And nothing ever sticks to the silicone spatula making it really easy to scrape the sides. A lot of reviews on this product are complaining about the product having no instructions for make/maintain a starter which I find kind of odd because the product is a jar not a starter.

Review: Product seems acceptable. However box mentions in 2 places an “Instruction Guide” but no such thing was included. For a beginner, this makes it much harder to begin using.

Title: Best customer service, EVER!
Review: I looked at many starters before I chose this one. This comes with three thermometers, three cloth covers, a metal lid and a wonderful spatula that goes the length of the white mouth jar. I like the fact that I have a feeder reminder label that is easy to navigate and read as well as the temperature of the jar which is important to note. I scanned the QR and emailed the company due to the fact that they suggest you use wheat flour for the starter and feed. I asked about the use of wheat flour and if I could use bread flour and what were the differences. I sent this email at 11:00 p.m. by 11: 11 p.m. I had a response explain the breakdown of Wheat and why that is more important in ensuring success. I could also start it with any flower but that they noticed wheat has the most success. He also explains that if I use bread flour as a higher protein content which will compliment the sourdough starter with wheat. I can't say enough how impressed I was with "Ammar" in the customer service department Abioto.

Title: Everything necessary except for a scale (which I have) and the starter itself.
Review: I've failed twice but I am trying again. I suggest buying a starter. I'm not sure what went wrong but I trashed my starter after a beautiful-looking bread that was too dense to eat. The next mix was impossible to work with on bake day. New starter on day 4 now. Looks good and hope to make some bread by Saturday.

Title: Nice, but a plain glass jar works too
Review: Nice piece but not necessary to make starter. I use a Mason jar with a lid instead. The temp strip is nice but the starter level elastic band is useless.
