Title: Good reference book for beginner/intermediate
Review: I'm an adult who started practicing Spanish and already had a very basic understanding of the language. I could get by as a tourist in a Spanish speaking country.I've decided to become more fluent and have been using Duo Lingo and this book has been a useful reference for things that might need explanations that Duo Lingo isn't going to give.It has the pronunciation of the alphabet, numbers and fractional/ordinals, telling time, little games and a glossary and answer key in the back.The pages are perforated and easy to photocopy if you want multiple chances to practice without using up the page on the first try.Good book!

Title: Great for Adult Learners too !
Review: Love this workbook! Currently teaching myself Spanish as an adult learner. Unlike “adult” workbooks this workbook has a lot of visuals and has a logical sequence in subject matter. Also the chapters are brief but give clear/concise explanations on concepts. Highly recommend for not only young students but adult learners as well.Only negative….I wish this work book had an online log in to practice speaking and listening as well

Title: Five stars for what it is
Review: Pros-has logical progression of information, well organized -the spanish level is more advanced than most other workbooks available on amazon (from what I've experienced) -Provides sentence and grammar practice -Instructions are provided in english -It has a clear, concise answer key -It provides brief but understandable explanation of verb conjugations accompanied by charts and practice - The lessons are quickCons-the book is entirely in black and white -it does not offer any help with pronunciation of spanish words in any way -It does not provide cultural enrichment of the language taught -The format isn't dry, but it's not really fun either. A bit bland. -Although the spanish is advanced compared to other books, it's still very basic spanish sentence formations and vocabulary.

Title: Not for Beginners
Review: I am learning Spanish via Duolingo. I need to write things down to remember things so I bought this workbook for more exercises. You cannot learn Spanish using this book alone. The exercises assume you know Spanish vocabulary basics. It does not always introduce you to the words you need to know to do an exercise.If you are learning Spanish and want more exercises to work in writing, buy this book. I recommend supplementing it with Duolingo or another book like Step By Step Spanish. Buy a mechanical pencil and a big eraser and be prepared to make mistakes (because you are learning and it is normal to make mistakes).
