Title: Excellent spatulas with an excellent warranty
Review: I purchased this set in June of 2022 for my wife and I to use. We used the larger spatula daily for most of our cooking. At just over two years later, it started to crack in one corner, exposing the metal core and collecting grime. I filled out the warranty form on Di Oro's website and got an immediate response asking for pictures and my shipping address. After providing that info, they confirmed that a replacement for the damaged spatula would be processed and a few days later I received shipping confirmation. Within a week or so of initially contacting them, I had a brand new spatula to use. Now a few months later and the replacement is still working just fine for us.These are pretty durable spatulas with a company that actually stands behind their warranty with no arguing. I'll definitely be looking at this brand in the future if I need any other silicone utensils.

Title: Impressive product and company!
Review: I rarely take the time to write reviews, however this product blew me away.I've never used a nonstick pan because plastic utensils just sucked. This silicone coated metal utensil works like the all metal I've used in the past.A super fine edge makes flipping easy. It's really durable standing up to browning meat, and it is really comfortable in the hand.All around i would buy this again given the chance.

Review: I can't say enough about these spatulas. We use them with our cast iron and our carbon steel pans and they work like an absolute dream. Sturdy enough, yet delicate enough to flip the perfect egg. I find myself using the smaller one for literally everything.

Title: Convenient sizes, but the edges are too soft
Review: Simply put, these do their main job very well: they are heat resistant, in three very convenient sizes, and their handles are under good angle for flipping and pressing down. The wide spatula is excellent for flipping pancakes and over-easy eggs. The small one is great for meatballs. The only wish I have is that I could use the same spatulas to deglaze my frying pans, scrape them down if anything is stuck to them, but these spatulas are sturdy only in the middle, with the edges of soft, pliable silicone. It's not false advertising -- I guess they say "flexible silicone" right in the name. Just be ready for that. If you need to scrape a pan, you'll have to use a different spatula. The edge of this one bends and drags like a wet towel.Still. Overall very helpful, and I use them all the time. Also: very cleanable, no hard-to-reach nooks anywhere.

Review: This is my favorite set of spatulas! They come in very useful sizes and are easy to clean. One of them did get a split in the corner, but when I reached out to their customer support they were super friendly and sent me a new one. You can't go wrong with these!

Title: Great customer service
Review: We had this product for 4 years and we used it everyday. The Spatula’s worked very well, especially with non-stick pans. After time and extensive use, the edges worn down to where the metal was now exposed. I was going to just re-order when I realized the product had a lifetime warranty. I contacted Di Oro customer support and they immediately responded. I sent a few photos and was approved for replacements almost immediately. The replacements came a few days later. Go Di Oro! I will recommend Di Oro to anyone looking for High Quality products and great customer service.

Review: Purchased this product over two years ago and the corner of one of the turners cracked. Went to the Di Oro web site and submitted information for a warranty claim a couple of days ago. This morning I sent them proof of purchase and a couple of pictures of the damaged turner. I received confirmation soon after that a new turner set was being sent to me. The DiOro Forever Warranty is for real. You may pay a little extra for the quality of the product but wth the Forever Warranty you can’t lose.

Review: We bought these in 2020 during lockdown. In 2024 one broke. I contacted DiOro customer support to buy another because they were so good! I was reminded they had a LIFETIME Guarantee!
