Title: Sensitive when going down
Review: I have never owned a floor jack before so this is my very first experience with one. First, the build quality is amazing and It is a lot easier to use than the small jack that came with my car. Just pump it a few times and youâre all good. It is super easy to use. I thought it would be bigger but it is kind of portable. It can fit easily in the trunk. It may be heavy for some people to be portable. One thing I noticed, when going down, it is super sensitive. I have tried my best to turn it slowly for it to come down smoothly but it always goes down fast. It is like it drops the car. Again, it is my first time with a floor jack so I may get used to it.

Title: So sturdy and great manueverability
Review: I'm very pleased with this jack. It's high quality assembly and the jack functions like a charm. The red paint ihas held up and doesn't scratch. The jack can lift like 3 feet up which has been very helpful.

Title: Works
Review: The product works well and very happy with it. On the other side is the delivery of it. Box was destroyed and the delivery person said it was delivered to the front counter and it was not. Left outside. Very disappointed with delivery. Product was good and not damaged or missing parts thank goodness.

Title: Time to stop playing with the cheap stuff.
Review: If you drive a light rinky-dink car, a smaller floor jack is ok in a pinch to get it up high enough to get a jack stand under. Retired and having a larger vehicle requires something more substantial to do the job safely. It's heavy but it has stout wheels and a locking handle so you can drag or push this beast of a jack to where you need it, even across gravel. Dragging is easier on gravel. I'm old but these service centers and dealerships are charging too much these days.

Title: just send me the your money
Review: why canât we give negative stars?? this jack has lots of negative reviews. i ignored them. assumed it was all user error. i was wrong. this jack is junk. as many reviews claim, this will work a few times, then wonât work. the gears will lock and you either wonât be able to raise the jack anymore. or wonât be able to lower it. i have tried everything to get this to work again. watched tons of youtube videos that all claim they know how to fix. i have replaced the hydronic fluid. taken the gears apart and put back together. bottom line, the design on the gears is very bad. you have to turn the handle to loosen the gears to relieve pressure and allow the jack to go up or down. it just doesnât work. after a few uses, you wonât be able to turn the handle. the jack wonât work. if you are still thinking of buying this jack, just send me the money. seriously. it will save you a bunch of stress and wasted time trying to get it to work. and you wonât be stuck with a heavy paper weight that you let sit in your garage for a few years and eventually have to bring to the dump. just donât buy it.

Title: This thing is awesome!
Review: I finally got around to replacing the air suspension in my 2014 BMW X5. Unbeknownst to me, the X5 is just shy of 3 tons. This thing lifted that big beast up and didn't break a sweat. I was amazed at how easy it was to do. I wish it came with different "shoes". though. I used the lift point on the side of my car in the shape of a smaller rectangle. It's possible that I should have lifted it using the rear differential and placed my jack stands at the rectangles. Still, you should be able to lift from the side. Additionally sized shoes would be beneficial.Pros: Works right out of the box like a champ. It lifted my 3 ton SUV without breaking a sweat.Cons: The pole that you put into the end doesn't stay in very well. I understand that it's pretty much gravity that's holding it in there, but sometimes when I'm jacking it up the pole will slip out. I was hoping for a more permanent solution to the pole where it would stay in place while being used. Maybe I'm missing something. Either way, the instructions didn't say anything about it having the ability to lock in place. Also, as I was nearing the end of a lift, the bar felt like it was going to snap in half. Maybe it's the construction of the bar. But, the harder I pulled on it the flimsier it felt. Don't get me wrong, it did it's job just fine, it just felt like the bar was going to snap any moment. I think having a full bar instead of one that snaps together would alleviate this problem.Besides that, it works great!

Title: Does itâs job!
Review: Does itâs job of lifting the car!But DONâT use it to hood the car up! Use Jack stands! Throw a tire under the car! Be SAFE!With that out of the way, itâs easy to use, lifts fast, feels sturdy as heck, and feels fair for the money. Kind of difficult to store easily, but thatâs just the nature of the tool.
