Review: This thing is awesome. You can really set a legit customized area for watering. I know my water pressure isn't great, but I think you'd need some serious PSI to hit the fully claimed SQFT. Was durable all summer, very user friendly and hasn't failed yet!

Title: Pretty good sprinkler, not necessarily long lasting
Review: I'm purchasing my fourth Melnor XT today, my first one was purchased maybe 4 years ago. They are good, adjustable sprinklers- I have a number of beds that have wonky shapes and I'm almost always able to get it adjusted to fit the bed. The downfall is that it's all plastic, and something breaks after about a year, year and a half. The gears went in two so they no longer oscillated, the adjustment piece to narrow the field is broken in one I have now, and despite my best efforts to clean, some of the holes on each will stop putting out water so I get a strip that doesn't get any water. Despite knowing its short life span, I still find it a good sprinkler. I once purchased a much more expensive all metal sprinkler hoping it would last longer. It did not.

Title: Better than most
Review: Typical problems with sprinklers in our yard are that they occasionally flip over while in use and that they sometimes clog and stop working because the mesh fitting between the sprinkler and the hose is not well made. We purchased this Melnor this past summer and have not experienced either problem with it. It isn't heavy but is designed and balanced so well that it doesn't flip. There hasn't been an issue with clogging, so at this time we're pleased enough to purchase more. It feels better and performs better than cheaper products.

Title: Works great, easy to set up
Review: This sprinkler is sturdy and works great. There are many features where you can adjust the spray so it hits the left side, right side, or both. Plus, you can adjust for distance. I bought two of these sprinklers for my garden and couldn't be happier. Good price for the quality!! Highly recommend.

Review: The number and quality of spray nozzles are great! They let me apply water slowly and evenly.The reason for the 4 is my fear as to the longevity of the plastic adjustment tabs. The design seems to put very little stress on the detents, but they are also plastic and small.I would buy another because its base and weight are great when placing the sprinkler where I want it, and is working so well, so far.

Review: THIS SPRINKLER IS EXACTLY AS ADVERTISED; WORKS WELL AND CAN BE EASILY ADJUSTED TO COVER A SPECIFIC AREA. IF THERE'S ANY DOWNSIDE, IT MIGHT BE THAT IT'S PLASTIC, A LITTLE LIGHT AND MAY NOT BE AS DURABLE AS A METAL ONE. BUT VERY GOD FOR THE PRICE.

Review: My old sprinkler not working this year = not oscillating and unable to fix. Ordered this one, received today and it works great. Easy to use, has greater coverage, more selection for specific coverage. Also it is much lower profile to ground = stays flat ( had to screw down my old one on 1 X 4 boards to stay flat ) Also this one slides easily on lawn = handy when u want to pull it back a little. This one gets into small areas more efficiently but can also cover larger area than my old one. Would recommend.
