Title: I like the feeder, but it's not squirrel proof
Review: I like this feeder, but not for its squirrel-proofing qualities. Squirrels will always find a way! I even had to "rescue" one of them from inside the feeder. It just opened the roof and jumped inside! Normally, they stand on the lever and scoop the seeds right from the top by shifting the roof off to the side!

Title: Not Squirrel Proof
Review: 1st came the birds, then came the squirrels. I had it on the lightest setting, meaning even the small squirrels should have closed it and prevented the squirrel from eating the food. But it found a way. It's a pretty birdhouse and feels sturdy, but it is not squirrel-proof. He had his whole head in there.

Title: Total fail
Review: I had this up for one day before my squirrels took it down. Now, that wouldn't be a deal breaker because I have a lot of clever squirrels, but the top came off and won't go back on, so now I have a $40 bird feeder that I can't use. DO NOT BUY!

Review: Absolutely love how beautiful it is, but it is not squirrel proof. The squirrels around here still climb onto it and then step on the one side and use their head and lift up the other side to eat all of my seed.
