Review: A few years ago, my dog chewed a red ink pen, leaking the ink all over my light colored carpet. Since I had nothing to lose by trying, I used Wine Away and was so happy with the results! It removed the ink completely! Ever since then, I have used Wine Away whenever my dog or cat issues. And yes, I have used it once or twice to remove wine spills and it works on that too! Really love this product!

Title: Sprayer eventually quits working
Review: This would have been rated a 5 if it had a better sprayer. If used at the first wash, it works really well. The first time it was used on a knit top that red wine had been spilled on. Since it happened on a transatlantic flight, there was no way to rinse y clothing right away. When I got home, I found this product on Amazon and used it on the garment when it was washed. Worked perfectly.I’ve since used it on worse spills when I actually had to pour it on the stain. Again, very happy.

Title: Magic in a bottle
Review: I didn’t believe in sorcery until I used this product. I just wish I had thought to take a video of it working real-time! I help manage an event venue. One of our guests spilled red wine ALL OVER one of our white cushions. We had no idea how long it had been sitting there, because they were sneaky enough to flip the cushion over. So these old red wine stains were BAD. I doused the cushion in Wine Away and literally started hooting and hollering because I was watching the stains disappear before me eyes. After soaking in Wine Away for a couple hours, I threw the cushion in the wash like normal and now you CANNOT tell which cushion had red wine all over it. Incredible. Magical. Stunning. Pictured are my three problem cushions. The red wine is pictured about ten minutes into soaking in Wine Away. You can tell it’s a lot better! Truly impressive.

Review: The stuff works. BUT... The packaging is terrible. Contents leaked inside the shipping bag and all over my other mail! Plus, the sprayer is ineffective. I ended up putting what was left in another sprayer I had (I couldn't read the labels on the original bottles anyway since they were destroyed en route).NOTE: This seller does not refund or replace. Luckily Amazon stands behind their shipping and I was able to get a credit.As an aside to the seller, the packaging is an easy fix. Use a traditional cap & seal on the bottles and package the sprayer tops separately!

Review: I tried it on a tablecloth and also a carpet, and it doesn't work.Never had to return anything to Amazon, and when I wanted to return this, it says "This item isn't eligible for return".That explains everything - this company/seller does not back-up their products.Luckily Amazon customer service helped out over the phone, and I got a full refund.
