Title: Large pan, with excellent properties
Review: It's a solid tri-ply stainless steel 12 inch pan, treat it properly and it will last.DO NOT USE STEEL WOOL ON STAINLESS STEEL COOKWARE.Use ChoreBoy pure copper scrubbing pads instead, the copper is softer than stainless steel and it does not scratch it, using the ChoreBoy copper scubbing pads and hot water with dawn dish soap it keeps the pan clean and looking like new.Since this is a tri-ply stainless steel pan it WILL HEAT UP FAST, you do not need to set your stove top to max heat to get this thing hot in a hurry even medium heat will do it with a quickness, do not overheat the pan!

Title: Great pan!
Review: 1. The underside of my pan says it's made in Brazil.2. Food doesn't stick to it any more than my other stainless cookware. You just have to use a good amount of butter/oil and then soak it for a bit with water and dish soap when you're done—then the fond and other bits will wipe right off.My only complaint is that the heat distribution isn't perfect. But it's good enough for my purposes.Overall, I'm really happy with this pan. It has just enough room to sear a normal cut of steak and some veggies on the side.

Title: Yes, Chef
Review: Nice pan, not too heavy, fried up two eggs over easy with no problems. Edit. One complaint it left a weird film after the first wash but they cleaned up.

Title: Stainless Steel
Review: Bought a stainless steel 12" fry pan and a 3 quart sauce pan. Fry pan was made in China, sauce pan was made in Brazil. Both advertised as made in Brazil. Both cooks well, just made sure you properly preheat and let the pan release any meat you are cooking on it's own. Cleaning is easily with Barkeepers Friend, vinegar, or baking soda.

Title: Great pan
Review: I’ve been using this pan almost every day for over 3 months now and it’s been great. I’ve also cooked with an all clad stainless steel pan of the same size and their performance is the same in my opinion. It’s very easy to clean and really durable, with enough oil and high enough heat it can do almost anything a non-stick pan can without the negative qualities of Teflon. Highly suggest cleaning with barkeeper’s friend regularly to get rid of any discoloration or tough stains.

Title: Great value and high quality
Review: I love this brand and this fry pan is comparable in quality to All Clad tri-ply at a fraction of the cost.

Title: Great pan for the price
Review: The one I got (12" Fry Pan) was manufactured in Brazil, for anybody that cares about that. FYI to those that do not, the ones made in China are the same spec. As an American, if its not made in America i'm not paying a premium for it. Being from Brazil or from China is the same thing, it was still a foreign manufacturer.Moving on, this pan is very good. Heats evenly and holds its heat for a while, but not as long as cast iron which is what you're looking for in something like this. To get very hot for searing, it only needs to be on medium heat for maybe 2-3 minutes. It transfers heat well so you do not need to put it on high. I have used it for a couple months now and the bottom is still perfectly flat. The only downside to this pan is that is has less flat surface on the bottom compared to my other 12" pan because of the gently sloping sides. I still find myself using this more often though because it just cooks better despite not being non-stick.A quick note on it not being non-stick. This is really not a huge deal. Heat up the oil in the pan first and the food still doesn't stick much. It does a must better job at putting a nice crust on food than my non-stick skillet. Also for cleaning, just put some hot water (from the tap is fine) in the pan while it is still hot after use and let it sit while you eat. Rinse it out when you are done and stick it in the dishwasher. So far for me that gets it to come out clean every time. DO NOT USE COLD WATER, the pan may warp.

Title: Disappointed
Review: This skillet cooks fine but it's very hard to clean. We've only had it for a week and some spots just won't come out, even with steel wool. (We're doing Keto, so we use plenty of butter and/or oil.) The pamphlet with it said to use Barkeeper's Friend for tough spots. Tried that and it left scratches. I'm going back to my trusty cast iron skillet.

Review: I wanted a stainless steel pan b/c they’re east and require little maintenance. The NY Times Wirecutter rated this as a good pan, for the price. There are better ones that are much more expensive. This pan was also more expensive in Japan compared to the US.

Review: I did research on internet and this is a good stainless steel frying pan with a perfect balance of price and performance. I haven’t used any other stainless steel frying pan as I mostly use carbon steel frying pan but I just get this pan acidic food like tomato. If there is anything to complain, it would be the handle as it’s rounded and it’s not grippy enough for me to hold it tight for long. But I rarely flip the pan during cooking. Anyway, this one is easy to clean and I think I’m still learning how to better control the temperature while using it and make it a nonstick pan.

Review: All my adult life I've made due with cheap non-stick frying pans (that were mostly worn out). It wasn't until recently when I read about the health risks of worn out non-stick or high-heat cooking in them that I started looking into alternatives.Stumbled across Tramontina as an alternative to All-Clad which seemed to be approximately the same at half the price. I was blown away by how evenly heat is distributed and how easy it is to clean. Keep in mind that a non-stick is still probably preferable for low heat cooking like eggs. But for meats and sauces this pan is awesome. I just ordered my second.Edit: After about a year of consistent use the frying pans I purchased have become noticeably warped despite my care to allow them to cool slowly after cooking. If you have a glass top stove like myself, you might consider forking out the extra cash for the All-Clad pans which I hear do not suffer from this problem.
