My utensils have to be balanced and sturdy in design with balance. These knives are not only beautiful, they are easy to hold and to use. They are sharp! They should be, right? But dishwasher safe knives keeping their sharpness? Hard to find, but that is this set of knives. And the price? Come on, you can't beat the cost.
