Review: I received a Ginsu knife set sometime back and fell in love with the knives. As the title suggests the knives are always sharp. Recently I lost my steak knife and wanted to replace it.This set arrived quickly, in great shape and ready to use after a quick wash in the dishwasher. These knives are easy to use and maintain. Easy recommendation if someone needs an everyday knife set.

Purchased "steak knives" do not meaure up.Tossed the steak knives, got *new* black blade ginsu knives (yay!)Note to Ginsu: make a folding pocket knife with your serrated edge. I'm pretty sure my lost ginsu knives went on a camping/fishing trip and never made it back...
