Title: Incredible cleaning tool
Review: I purchased this mainly because I needed to clean my grout. I live in an apartment and I could tell that gray/black was not it's original color it was meant to have.I did try cleaning the grout by hand, but it was taking too much time and effort for such a lousy result.And wow, I purchased this, I turned it on, and it blasted the dirt away. Stuck on paint.. gone. Stuck on glue... gone. Stuck on whatever that is.. gone. Stains I could never get out by hand scrubbing for hours.. gone in mere seconds.1. It's expensive, but worth every penny for cleaning my home the way I wished it to be for the longest time.2. A lot of these negative reviews are straight up bologna.. here's why:- the cord is meant to be heavy. It's boiling water and actively making steam in 30 seconds. Would you rather have a thin flimsy cable that can be torn or burnt?- the steamer itself is heavy. Yes, but it has the power required to do the job you bought it for. I would not want to skimp on that for the price of the item. Work those arms!- for the broken window review, you probably used it on thin glass in the middle of winter. Yes, temperature is going to affect that.- for those that thought this product wasn't intuitive enough to figure out: you're lying. The manual is 10 small pages. This isn't a rocket and it has 3 simple buttons.- for those that said that it didn't work, they probably were not applying pressure and just expected the steam to hit it and perform a miracle. I'm sorry, but no, a little elbow grease is required for any cleaning job, with or without a machine.3. The tools DO wear down. That is not ideal. But really that is my only complaint. -- P.S. the grout tool wore down too quickly and I still had stains visible in my grout. Switched out for the thicker bristle one and voila!! Dirt gone. ****but as the manual states, test in a smaller spot first, and it's not recommended for use on fragile/softer surfaces****4. Yes, I've had to make several passes to get the dirt out of the grout. But atleast I had this product to make it easier on me. Plus, I don't think the grout has ever been cleaned prior to me moving in. That's a lot of compounded dirt and grime layering for years.5. There's 3 buttons: low steam, pause, and high steam. Yes, there isn't a "power off" button. Hit pause and unplug it. No power = power off.Overall, I am satisfied and recommend this tool. I love this steam mop. Don't listen to the negative reviews and get this tool if you have tough cleaning jobs to do around your house. It does it all, all in one tool. Versatile, effective, and simple to use.

Title: Very satisfied----but takes some care
Review: I moved from washing my kitchen floor with buckets and a mop and am very happy I made the switch. This machine is easy to use and maintan, clearns the floor well and also takes a bit of strategy to make it doable to use. I am very happy with how it cleans, easy to to refill the water as needed. long, sturdy power cord. Water heats quickly.OK, now for the care. The mop, while not heavy, but does create some resistance when push;ed/pulled, making me want to avoid using a "scrubbing" motion with it, along with keeping the "steam trigger" pulled, because it strains the arm. I have taken to using long, slow, smooth motion forward and backward, pausing briefly over dirty spots to let the steam soften them so I don't have the scrub to get them off. The other thing a user will want to do is to buy multiple replacement mop heads. As hoped, the mop heads get dirty as they clearn the floor----good deal, dirt on mop, not on floor! And I find myself wantilng to use several mop heads to clean---one for entry floor, one for kitchen, one for another room, as they pick up the dirt so nicely from each floor that i want to start with a clean head.

Title: Works great but takes a LONG time
Review: Was so excited to receive the BISSELL Power Steamer Heavy Duty 3-in-1 Steam Mop and Handheld SteamShot, 2685A, mostly for the SteamShot hand held part, after visiting a family member who showed how she "easily" cleaned the glass on her toaster oven. Mine was so bad I could not see through it (first picture). After unpacking my new 'toy' I got to work. At first I thought it was not working. After 10 min. there was no noticeable change. But after two hours I got it to about 80%(picture 2). It took over 3 hours to get to picture 3 which, to be honest, is not perfect. But it is SO MUCH better than where I started that I am happy.The BISSELL Power Steamer Heavy Duty 3-in-1 Steam Mop and Handheld SteamShot was easy to assemble. All the parts click together easily and easily come apart. But, they cannot come apart by accident. It comes with an amazing number of attachments, more than the similar BISSELL Powerfresh Slim Steam Mop, 2075A (white and blue). Heats up quickly but for some reason it stops sending steam every 4 - 5 min. After about 30 sec the steam resumes. The power cord is more than long enough to reach everywhere I need. When filled with water the SteamShot is quite heavy and after 3 hours my arm and hand was aching. I was wishing there was a trigger lock for the steam trigger. Holding it down for 3 hours was very uncomfortable. I found myself switching hands and turning it over (yes it works the same upside down).So, YES, I am happy I bought it and YES, I am keeping it but it is mostly a 4 star rather than a 5 star item just because it was MUCH more work than I expected to clean the toaster oven window. I want to clean the inside of the oven but cannot imagine tackling it today.

Title: works great
Review: We had a another little mop with spinny heads, but that didnt work to well. And when the pad wore out, it scratched our floor because we didnt know. This works very well. havent had anything too serious to clean up with it, but it cleans our hardwood great after a vacuum. I like it too because i thought the detach would be nice, for like cleaning our oven, but honestly it doesnt work too well. no easier than just spraying the oven and wiping with a sponge, so I ended up not really using it for that. Also havent tried it in the car or anything, but even if it only ever gets used for the floor, it was money well spent.

Review: This steamer is heavy duty and versatile. I love the attachments even I have not tried every one of them yet. The only downside is that some users may find it a bit heavy. However, I think it is built to last. I used other steam mops before and they are built cheaply and do not last.
