Title: Where has this mop been all my life?
Review: I purchased a refurbished unit, but all looked brand new when opened. I love how it cleans my ceramic tile and vinyl floors! It also made a large area rug look freshly shampooed and brilliantly colored! Reduced my cleaning time, no chemicals needed, and works very well. I love it!!

Title: Works great when it does!
Review: Bought this just over 2 years ago when I moved into an apartment where the previous tenants wore their shoes inside and it was a god send! Worked great to lift up any grime, grease, dirt, etc. and was easy to use. Would say the power cord could be a little longer but that’s no big deal since the apartment isn’t too big. I’m devastated, the steam doesn’t work anymore and I’ve checked it for clogs/scaling. I would have paid the extra cash for a new one that lasts longer. You were great while you lasted!

Title: Really love this contraption
Review: My friend told me her Shark steam mop died after 5 years and she loved it so much that she was going to replace it. My hard floors don't look so great, but I wasn't sure about this product so I bought a pretty inexpensive refurbished model, not higher end at all. I love the dang thing. It does a great job on my floors, and even though the water tank is not huge, it doesn't need to be refilled quickly. I feel like it really cleans my floors and they look good after. And it's just a matter of mopping; as you do, it presses down on the handle and creates the steam. It's easy and effective. I can't believe I love this little mop, but I do.

Title: Never be ashamed of your linoleum floors again!
Review: Update: I realized something simple that's critical for using this device! The cord can't be wrapped up in the back at all when operating the steamer because it impedes the push mechanism of the stick! Love using it. My place doesn't even need a full tank to clean anymore.Drinking water is valuable for me since I have to carry each jug to my city apt but I'll share some with this Shark mop!For years now, I've been at a loss for my linoleum kitchen and bathroom floors. These types easily collect dust and dirt because there are little uneven cracks to the surface. You know what I'm talking about if you own one. Even a deep scrub doesn't successfully tackle these well. I've tried everything from powered double head mops to powered scrubbers to baking soda pastes to try to grit away the dirt...at this point I'd like to mention I have a cat. Finally, the other day I came across a blog post who suggested using ammonia + iron + towel with pictures to show that it works. I thought I hit jackpot. Someone suggested they use Windex because it contains ammonia and I was like 😲🤯!!!! And then a lot of people were like: well, my shark does this too. So I purchased one and after one use, this product is one of my top ten spends ever. Like, how can anyone not buy and use such a lightweight, affordable, agile, pretty little steamer like this one? I can see after just one use vs years of wear that my floors are going to be whiter and sanitary. It's truly a joy to use.

Title: Cheap garbage.
Review: I have owned 2 other shark steam mops. They only last about 2-3 years, and when my last steam mop started to die I decided to get a new one. So, I chose this piece of junk. I returned it. It is cheap plastic that feels like a child's toy. It did not feel like it would last a year! The cord is short, maneuverability was awful as it is so lightweight that sometimes when I pulled it back towards me, it would flip up instead of gliding effortlessly across the floor. The water tank is too small. I could not get through two rooms without needing to refill. THE WORST PART is that I had to PUMP the mop myself to create steam! Um...no. My other Shark steam mops made steam on their own! Ugh. This thing is junk, and I am done with Shark altogether. I am buying a $400 steam mop. That may seem expensive, but when I think about how many times I have had to replace a Shark steam mop over the past 5 years (three times) I could have bought a better steam mop and never had to replace it! So, in essence, I already paid $400 for a total of 3 steam mops! Nope. I am done with that. Anyway, don't buy this mop. It is cheap garbage.

Title: Not what I expected
Review: It was very simple to assemble and setup for use. That was about it. I expected alot of steam to help clean some dirty floors. I downloaded the instructions and used it as described. This is what you get. Press for steam. Pause, pause, pause...... dribble steam, pause.....more steam. No consistency with pressing it for steam. It kinda comes and goes when it wants. I only did a 1/4 of my downstairs before I gave up. You get what you pay for with this inexpensive mop. Save your money and buy something else.

Review: Es magnífica, limpia toda la mugre con el plus que desinfecta el vitropiso. Uno debe tener en cuenta que no es para mugre de años, es para usarla diariamente. El tanque lleno me rinde para la primera planta de mi casa (7x15 m2), y se mete hasta el fondo debajo de los muebles sin problemas.Lo único que no me agrada es que no hay otro forma de apagarla a menos que se desenchufe, estaría genial que tuviera un interruptor y que se pudiera regular la cantidad de vapor sin estar bombeando todo el tiempo, aunque se hace de manera automática como si uno trapeara.Los pads si recogen todo, yo los lavo a mano con detergente líquido y los cuelgo al sol, quedan listos para el siguiente día de limpieza.
