Title: Works well for church USB-A to USB-B
Review: We have not swapped to this camera full time but have done a few test services and it has worked great. Only issue we had is this would only work with a computer if USB-A to USB-B was used. Probably was written in the description but I must have missed it.

Title: Very good low light image quality
Review: As a media tech for few small and medium churches i am always looking for good low cost hardware that can save my clients money, so i found this camera.What is good about it:* Low cost and very good low light image quality.* Can be powered via POE at location with no power outletWhat is Bad about it:* Jerky pan/tilt zoom control (Not big issue if using multiple cameras with video switcher, but whish it was a little bit smooter)* Accessable via LAN but video not visible (Could not see the camera feed)* Found on LAN and added to IP Joystick but video not visible (I was able to control but could not see the camera feed on the joystick 5" screen)Conclution:I will recomend due to low price and low light image quality if you will not be panning/zooming live feed and don't plan to use with IP joystck with screen for live feed view.

Review: The item was not black like I ordered and wasn't working. Return is a nightmare I hope will end soon. The item was returned September 9th, 2023 and today September 24th, 2023 why does it take so long for a return to be processed, it is ups that take so long to delivered? No way to call or email to get to customer service. Just terrible smh

Title: Couldn't Get It To Work with Joystick & No Support Options
Review: Unfortunately, I couldn't get more than one video camera to work with a joystick control. There is only 1 Visca input, but no Visca output, so you can't daisy chain them together. I tried connecting via the RS-485 and got the first camera to work, but the second one moved when controlling camera one, and despite changing the camera address on the bottom, I couldn't get camera 2 to move independently.

Review: Worked great for first few months then remote stopped working. Purchased a replacement online - no help. Seller offered to replace remote but out of stock - 5 months later no response… camera kinda works as long as you don’t have to move it.
