Title: Best Jeans Ever!
Review: First, I have to say I almost never write reviews but these are just that good.Second, I need to specify that this review is for the ones called "Bl blue" that have an artfully ripped hole in the knee. I also ordered a pair called "blue" and I sent them back because they were no where near as amazing as these. The waistband was tighter and itchy. The tag called them jeans vs jeggings which I assume is what made the difference. I ended up going to the Democracy website and ordering another pair like the first "Bl blue" ones in a different shade of blue (though not with the nicer amazon prize with free prime shipping unfortunately). They are equally amazing!! In fact, I got rid of every other pair of jeans I own because I will never choose them over these.I have washed and dried them- no issues whatsoever. I do always wash my clothes on cold/delicate and remove to hang or lay flat before they are fully dry. I doubt I'd have an issue though even if drying these on full blast. They are very stretchy BUT with that said, they do not stretch out or get baggy 20 minutes after you put them on. I've worn the same pair 2-3 times before washing and they have the same fit every time.To start with, I am fairly average size but after having 4 kids I have a mommy pooch that you know, is not ever going to go away without expensive surgery so I was looking for something that was flattering in that area and was comfortable- didn't dig in painfully. These meet and exceed those goals. I could literally sleep in them if I had to they are that comfortable but at the same time look really nice and can easily be dressed up or down. The soft band inside holds you in snugly but comfortably. It makes them feel more like leggings than jeans but they look more like jeans than leggings (with real zipper and button). Now that I own two pairs I doubt I really need any more but if I do I will not look anywhere else.For anyone wanting to know, since the description doesn't include it. The "Bl blue" ones are "Ab"solution Booty Lift Jeggings which according to the tag come "featuring slimming panels construction to mold and hold and boost your assets" that they do!

Title: Where have these jeans been all my life?
Review: Jeans are super cute - even for an over 50 woman. Although they are skinny style, they are not snug in the calf. They are really flattering. They are as comfortable as yoga pants. Yes, they do stretch out a little in the waist so there is the need to give them a slight tug up after a while - but well worth it. Seriously, I could sleep in these! Regular sizing of these jeans made them hit at the bottom of the ankle, so I’ll order long’s next time (and I don’t usually need to with any type of jeans)

Title: Well fitting jeans that stretch to fit my thick waist but aren't baggy on my legs.
Review: Jeans have been hard for me to buy lately because I gained 10 pounds and it seems to have all landed in my gut. My usual size 5 jeans fit everywhere but around my waist. I can wear them but they dig into my stomach and are uncomfortable. Sick of leggings, I went looking for real jeans that would fit around my waist without being baggy everywhere else. These Democracy Ab Solution Jeggings seemed promising because they were advertised as having a stretchy waist.I bought size 6. I am 5'5", 140 pounds for reference but was 144 pounds when I bought them. I like the weight of the jeans. They feel like lightweight jeans, not jeggings or fake jean leggings. As I pulled them up the first time, I thought to myself that there was no way that they would be comfortable around my waist. When I got there, there was incredible stretch and they buttoned with ease. They fit nicely on my legs, which are thin and long, and around my average size hips. I wore them all day and didn't have an urge to unbutton them or rip them off and toss them away like I had been feeling when wearing my other jeans. They were comfortable and moved with me. They also helped to flatten my belly a little as well.I am happy with the jeans and will buy another shade. I got blue which is more on the lighter side of blue and now want a darker shade for fall and winter. I just wish they were a tad bit longer. They hit at about my ankle which is OK but I prefer jeans that are an inch or two longer than that. With boots and heels though, they look fine. Note that I do have long legs so they should fit fine lengthwise on those with average length legs.

Title: Comfortable & great fit.
Review: After reading the reviews & searching for a good pair of jeans I decided to try these out. I love them, they fit great & have a little stretch but not so much that they get baggy after a few hours of wear. The length was a little long (I’m 5’3”) so I debated on getting the short but I went with the regular & just rolled them up which looks cute. Size wise I went with a 2 which I’m glad I did because they fit great & I think a 4 would have been too big. For reference I weigh 125 lbs and have a tiny waist but bigger thighs & behind. I just love these jeans….

Title: They are perfect!
Review: so, the last democracy jeans I purchased were a size 4 and they were pretty big on me so this time I got a size 2 but they are a different style than my previous ones. Anyway....they fit GREAT! they hug all the right places. they are soft and stretchy and I love them. for reference, I am 123 lbs. 5'5" tall. and I ordered the 2 regular.

Title: Very inconsistent length between colors
Review: I ordered 2 pairs of blue() {typed like the color is on the order page} and 1 pair of indigo. While all 3 pairs fit great both pair of the blue() ones are WAY SHORT. They are not marked as short. But in no world are they regular 30 inch inseam. I returned 1 pair of the blue() because I had to wash the other pair that arrived earlier to try them on because they were in a puddle as it rained after delivery and they were only in the plastic bag no shipping bag and got wet.I ordered the same size in indigo and they are perfect.All 3 pairs are on the thinner side for jeans but no one makes them like they used to. I normally wear a size 10 ladies. I tried on the bigger size and felt that once they warmed up they would slide down. I was correct.

Review: I have been searching for comfortable jeggings and the only brand that I liked were the Rock & Republic, which are very nice and comfortable, but wanted to try another style. one with a zipper instead of pull ons jeans. these are really really nice. Very happy about them. Would recommend !
