Title: Good Quality - Easy to Use - Reasonably Affordable for 28 inch range Spinner Luggage
Review: This is a very basic "spinner" overhead luggage that will fit over your seat on an airplane flight. The inside has a fabric divider panel which separates into two separate sections if you want to divide your contents of your stuff inside the luggage. You have the option to unzip that fabric divider if you DO NOT want the divider, which will allow you to PUT MORE STUFF into the luggage. The fabric divider has lots of pockets with a zipper if you want to put odds and ends like body care, shampoo, toothpaste etc into it's own zippered section.It is very basic but reasonably priced compared to other similiar 28 inch "spinner" overhead luggage.There is a wide selection of colors and the gold color I bought was "true to the website photo" and a realistic presentation of the color, when I opened up the box and looked at the spinner for the first time.It is easy to maneuver. I don't fly on airplanes very much. I use this 99% of the time to carry grocery shopping home on the subway or bus/public transit. I use it every day to put stuff in when I am doing errands and dont want to get stuck carrying a heavy purse and tote bag. It is very easy to use, functional and utilitarian. Well manufactured and durable. I have only used it for a few weeks - so I cannot vouch for how well it holds up over one year. I bought the EXTENDED WARRANTY because I noticed in the past that the wheels on these "spinners" frequently grind down and wear out if you use it on a daily basis for grocery shopping to put heavy stuff in during errands. The EXTENDED WARRANTY did not cost much and I noticed in the past the wheels grind down to a nub within one year. The extended warranty for up to 3 years after the manufacturers warranty expires seemed like a good investment. I never, ever, ever buy extended warranties on cars because it usually turns out that everything that will break after the manufacturers warranty expires is deliberately EXCLUDED from what is covered in the extended warranty. I think I spent around $10 approximately (more or less) to extend this warranty for 3 years.If you are using this on a daily basis to lug around heavy groceries, it is definitely worth an extra $10 bucks or so to extend the warranty for three years - those spinner wheels on luggage are far too easy to grind down to a nub!

Title: exactly what i needed
Review: held up great through three countries so far. wheels glide easily, the handle feels firm, outer shell isnt too heavy. i dont really get the point of the combo lock as there is a reset pinhole right next to it but i still set a combo anyways.the handle on the side and the footies on the opposite side where perfect for storing it horizontally on busses. i also really love the inner zip pocket that is along the hinge on the inside of the case - i used this for small essential items i didnt want to have to dig around for.great cases for a great price.

Title: Works, but scrapes easily
Review: I purchased these after seeing several good reviews and comparing the features to other more known/expensive brands. This luggage set is very roomy and has features to hold items in place well. The lock feature works and is easy to use. It wheels around with ease. It seems it is made of decent quality, but the first time I got my luggage after my flight I noticed that it had scuff marks on the outer shell from being handled/transported with other luggage. So I expect this will keep happening and after some time it won't look as nice. But it does the job, and the cost of the whole set is what I would have paid for 1 piece of luggage from another brand.

Title: Great set!
Review: I finally bought myself this luggage set after YEARS of assorted bags for road trips or borrowing luggage for flights. My husband was super skeptical but we are about to start flying frequently so I went for it. I spent a solid two days comparing sets and this seemed like the best deal for my price range.The luggage was well packaged and arrived in excellent condition. The TSA locks were easy to set up and the instructions were very clear. As for actual travel I just got home from a cross country flight where I used the large case and the carry on. So far they have only taken two flights and a ride in the back of a pick up truck but seem no worse for the wear. The insides are sturdy and well laid out. They look fantastic and the radiant pink doesn’t show scuffs too badly. I also need to compliment the color. I was looking for something that would be easy to spot but also low key and simple. The radiant pink is awesome perfect. The wheels are smooth and go over most bumps and on/off escalators very easily. The handles have several height adjustments that worked for both myself(5’2”) and my husband(6’5”). They raise and lower easily and feel very sturdy.I will update if my opinion changes but so far I am very impressed! And my husband who spent twice the amount piecing together the same 3 sizes complemented them several times during our trip. He may be purchasing a set as well once we see how these hold up to a few more flights.

Title: Durable, roomy, lightweight, and practical!
Review: I researched for days and days to find the perfect carryon luggage for my 10 day trip to Italy. I wanted something that was roomy enough for all my belongings yet still lightweight and easy to maneuver while also being durable. I read countless reviews and decided to purchase 2 of these 20 inch spinners in July 2022. It has been almost 2 years now of very frequent use, and they still hold up so well! We have taken these to Europe twice and rolled them all around the airports, train stations, walked for miles to hotels on cobblestone streets, etc etc and these suitcases still look good as new! HIGHLY recommend!!!

Title: Zipper broke off- great customer service
Review: UPDATE: I emailed the company about the broken zipper pull, quick response and easy fix! They sent out replacement parts for the zipper pull and it was very easy to put together and works great! They even sent extra pulls and tabs. Very pleased with this company,I finally was able to use my new luggage and loved it except for one of the zippers broke off at some point due to the location of where the zipper locks into the lock on the side. If it gets handled and put down with that side down it will easily break off if not locked in place. So now I only have one zipper tag to lock and it’s very difficult to use the one zipper now. Very disappointing.

Review: Seems good haven't used it though.Lovely color (remove the laminated plastic) and light weight. Medium size is perfect for me to lift or carry with fully packed large size would be too heavy. (depends on your size actually)There's a little scratch(green one) but just minor so i didn't return it. But had to return the pink one for there's a damaged on top. (can see on the picture/video) Loving it at the moment will know the true color of this product only after use. Hope this last long.
