Title: Effective and Practical and Stylish, Too!
Review: This is a nice hat and it's suitable for more than the beach. Because the size is adjustable, there's a good chance you can adjust the fit if your head is smaller than the hat's circumference -- usually the case -- and there is an adjustable chinstrap so the hat will stay in-place in a wind. This turned-out to be much better than I expected. it also folds nicely so it's convenient to take along if you travel.I think the brim is on the narrow side so the look you get may not be quite what you expect, but that's in the eye of the beholder. I know that if it were any narrower my opinion would change but all-in-all this hat is effective in offering shade for your face, practical in that it's adjustable and foldable, and stylish enough so that you may want to wear it at the beach or a garden party or in-between.

Title: Fabulous! Great buy!
Review: Hat is super easy to fold and travel with. The hat is lightweight and the brim withstands the beach winds. Great sun protection. Also I have a larger head and this fits beautifully. Has a nice velcro band on the inside that allows you to fit it more to your head. One MINOR point for myself -- the ribbon is adorable, but with the wind blowing you hear it constantly slapping on the back of the hat. I do not mind it, but next purchase I will buy a hat with a tight ribbon only.

Title: Perfect travel hat
Review: I had ordered this hat after extensive research for my upcoming family trip to Egypt and Jordan. This was the one that checked all the boxes. The UPF 50 material was essential for the local desert and beach weather, the interior sashes would allow an almost perfect fit, the interior cap lining would prevent sun rays, but was light enough for a good air flow. The quality stitching and material throughout the hat was strong enough to withstand the countless use and sometimes abuse. Easy to clean with a lightly damp cloth and air to dry.The one problem was the thin sash that was used to secure the hat under the chin-that later broke off, due to the constant tying and untying. There was also a small unstitched seam in the back of the hat, that loosened up in Jordan, but I can easily repair that myself. I would say that due to some of the harsh travel conditions, I am extremely lucky to have selected this sturdy and yet fashionable travel hat for our buck list trip !

Title: Very nice straw hat with a chin strap, a must for me
Review: This is a very comfortable and good looking straw hat. It came with a chin strap necessary in wind, but it can be hidden as well for the look. Although the brim is not very wide, but its down sloping shape seems to make the coverage larger. I got this for my recent trip and liked it a lot. It was quite light and soft, yet the shape held up very well after daily usage for 20 days. Unfortunately, I lost it and I just had to buy another one. The only thing is if it's truly "foldable" in the luggage. Its description states foldable, but it didn't seem to be.

Title: Exactly what I needed! Absolutely perfect!!!
Review: I got this hat for a Luffy cosplay because I didn’t like how yellow all the ones are that you can buy for him. They’re all pure yellow. I found one that was made of actual straw once but it was stiff and tight and painful to wear. I decided to get this one and I couldn’t be more happy. It’s the perfect color and it’s so comfortable and lightweight. Only thing I didn’t like is that the brown ribbon that comes on it was glued on. It came off pretty easy once I untied it and gently tore it off but it left some glue when I did that. Kinda upset about that but it didn’t rip the hat so I’m not too mad. Anyway after that I glued on a red ribbon with hot glue and it’s so perfect. I am 100000% satisfied. It’s a little bent on the brim as you can see but I’m sure that can be easily fixed or ignored since it’s not too bad. I definitely recommend this hat. I’ll probably wear it even outside of cosplaying because it’s so comfortable, stylish and lightweight. I love the chin strap also.

Title: Cute but not UPF 80+
Review: The hat is cute and comfortable, but it will not provide the sun protection it advertises. Unlike the similar Solar Escape hats which have a tight weave and larger brim, this hat has a looser weave which will definitely let in the UV rays.

Review: This was great for a trip. It packed nice and as it was not for the beach but a day of touristing. I didn’t want or need a big brim and it had a perfect size brim that provided enough coverage for my face. It’s well made the quality is good. Certainly a good value for the money.

Review: This hat is so cute! I read a lot of reviews saying it was too small, so I ordered a large (I have a medium/large head anyways) but it's a little bit too big. Not enough to bother returning for a size down though, it still looks cute and works great.
