Title: So far, it's an amazing computer.
Review: I just got this Geekom Mini IT11 installed and configured, and so far, it works amazingly well. It's so much faster than the old Dell tower I'm retiring, which is probably 12x the size, and it mounts on the back of your monitor for zero footprint. It's really hard to believe so much power comes in such a small box. I feel like I've been living under a rock for the past several years because I didn't know something like this was even possible.It's worth mentioning that this computer is used primarily for bookkeeping and our bookkeeper's remote access. We haven't put it through the paces yet but web browsing, email, and Windows functions in general work like a dream. I can speak to graphics or gaming capabilities, but so far, it's an amazing little machine.

Title: Performing surprisingly well
Review: Product has nice finishing and design, and arrived well packed.Comes with a mounting bracket as described and all necessary screws.After setting up OS I downloaded first benchmark I could find.Lexar RAM and SSD perform very well, though system was rated in low 20% due to its graphic capabilities.This is perfectly OK for me since my father only needs text editor, browser, and occasionally you-tube.YouTube plays smoothly on 4K so no complaint there either.It can be easily disassembled and adding 2.5" HDD took only few minutes.I was bit worrying about overheating (especially with external drive) but after many hours of constant running (while encrypting HDD) temperature is still pretty mild.Device is very silent and it will take weeks/month to see if this will change (i.e. with dust getting in or so).I am keeping this one and definitely will considering purchasing it again if similar need arises.(added later) One drawback of this product is lack of integrated audio.It has 3.5mm jack for mic but it cannot drive speakers (had to add USB sound card).PS: If you have some specific requirements WRT graphic, please read someone else's review since I was not testing this at all (aside form full-screen YouTube).

Title: HDMI port having issues
Review: I used a USB-C To HDMI Port cable for my 4k display. There are usb-c and HDMI ports on the machine. The one on the back didn't work. The one on the front was working fine for a few days until I start to see an annoying error saying 'Unsupported audio format'. Sometimes when I unplug and put back the HDMI cable the error disappears but after a few days I finally give up and return this. I think you can disable audio in HDMI port to cover that error but since I'm still in my Amazon return window I think it's best to send it back and have the seller examine both HDMI ports.I also have an Geekcom MINI IT13. IT13's 6E WIFI is better than IT11's WIFI 6, and because of my work and location I can actually notice the difference. The deal breaker for IT13 is the noise. Because IT13's fan is running non-stop even when you are not doing anything, noise is a known issue for IT13 and BIOS quiet mode will not make any difference.Performance wise both are okay. I really wish the HDMI ports didn't break otherwise I'll keep it and I feel like I can use it for many years.

Title: Heart of my custom dance arcade
Review: I bought this to power my home dance Pump It Up arcade machine.I looked at brand-name mini PCs before buying this, and they're at least twice as expensive with half the memory and SSD space.It's an absolute overkill for my purposes, and I love it. Super easy to set up (comes with Windows 11 Pro pre-installed), recognized all the external devices without a hitch, boots in seconds, and works like a charm. It's also crazy quiet, which is vital for a dancing machine.

Title: Mini PCs are not worth it
Review: I've had my GEEKOM Mini PC Mini IT11, Intel Core i7-11390H, set up for less than two weeks and the front USB is already having issues. I turned on the PC and the mouse wasn't working. I thought it was the battery or some weird Windows update, but it turned out to be the mini PC's USB. So I checked Device Manager for any driver updates. I uninstalled and reinstalled the mouse receiver from Bluetooth, and I went back to a saved point on the PC, but nothing worked - the USB was malfunctioning.I then did something drastic/annoying: I reimaged my PC. Afterward, everything seemed to work for a while, but it only lasted a short time. Today, the same thing happened again. I decided to troubleshoot further by connecting another brand new mouse and other external drives. I noticed that the new mouse only works when I'm very close to the PC. When I go back to my couch (which is roughly 12 feet away), the mouse doesn't move at all. As far as the external drives are concerned, they get recognized but after a while, they disconnect and reconnect in a slow loop using the from USB. The two back USBs work, but because they're on the back, the mouse signal gets delayed and choppy, which is super annoying. Since I can't use this mini PC to watch my streaming services from the comfort of my own couch, I've decided to get my money back before it's too late. This is too bad because i thought it was a better design from the other mini pc ( different company) i got a few months back and I had to swap for a new one through the company because it too had issues with overheating and hardware (I'm not going through that again, it took more than a month to get the replacement). Seems that mini pc are a great concept but not well executed. or maybe I'll wait for a trusty company. for now, I'll get a real desktop. My last desktop lasted for 8 years as my streaming PC. However, this mini pc was suppose to be for gaming and more, but it broke down faster than eMachines .P.S. I noticed the front USB port makes a crackling noise too, suggesting a possible electrical issue. I'm concerned that I might get shocked if I continue to unplug and plug in the mouse USB receiver or external drives.

Review: Ce PC est très performant pour sa taille, je fais tourner Photoshop, Illustrator, et d'autres logiciels en même temps et il ne rame absolument pas.Le SAV est très réactif, j'ai eu un soucis sur mon PC et ils m'ont demandé de renvoyé le PC, à leur frais, puis ils m'ont renvoyé un PC tout neuf. J'ai pu garder le disque dur pour le remettre dans le nouveau. Vraiment top !

Review: 初期設定から設定している最中にフリーズ。サポートに問い合わせしたら対応策を送ってきたけど英文を変換した変な日本語で半分何言ってるか分からない。説明のPDFも英文。それでも解決せず問い合わせたら今度はシステムの故障だと言い始めシステムデータ16GBを送りつけてこれで対処しろとのこと。新品購入してシステムの故障してるって分かってるのに代品を即座に用意するわけでもなく客に対応させるってどういうサービスだよ。サポートの返信も遅い。仮にこれを使い切って新たに新調するとしても2度とこのメーカーは買わない。

Review: Da ich nicht auf die Abmessungen geachtet hatte war ich ziemlich überrascht wie winzig dieser PC ist.Von der Anschlussvielfalt ist dieser Mini gut bestückt. Allerdings liegen die Anschlüsse ziemlich dicht beieinander, so das es eine Fummelei ist die Anschlüsse zu belegen. Aber er arbeitet wie ein großer PC,schnell und flüssig. Auf dem kleinen Raum hat man hoch performante Technik verbaut.
