Review: I just spent way too much money on a desktop setup so I went with this budget-friendly option and wasn't expecting much. I was pleasantly surprised by the range and clarity though I am no audiophile!Updating the firmware to version 49 was very easy and marginally improved overall performance. Those interested can find it on the company's website or by searching the product name and firmware update.My only real gripe is how weak the Bluetooth receiver is. I have the primary speaker bar sitting on my desk and the desktop tower below has a hard time reaching the sound bar via bluetooth. Optical input is very soft and kind of difficult to seat, not necessarily a huge issue since optical is subpar anyways.Overall I am very happy with the range, the punch of the subwoofer and the peripheral speakers do a decent job highlighting audio. I find the surround sound speakers perform best at the highest setting.For what it is I would have given it five stars beside from the Bluetooth antenna being pretty weak.

Title: Works great except that it keeps disconnecting from the sub
Review: Sounds good for our small space. It will show one dot every other day as the sub disconnects. Doesn’t work without unplugging the sub and re plugging it back in. Pretty inconvenient when I put the sub behind me on-top of some cabinets.Update. Customer service reached out and offered a refund or replacement for my difficulties. Can’t say if the issue I had is prevalent across their line or mine was just a fluke but it’s reassuring that they stand behind their products.

Review: My old 5:1 surround sound died & bought a replacement. Since my TV is 10 years old, I gathered that not all connections were available to me. New speakers were packed with a variety of good quality connections, it took me way longer to reset my TV’s setting to finally hear the results. Happy again!
