Title: Did the publisher actually test these recipes?
Review: Most recipes don't match the pictures leading to disappointment upon making the dishes. These dishes are basic at best and nothing too exciting. But don't show a breaded cutlet for a country steak recipe that only has you drege the cube steak in flour with almost no seasoning. There is no way that flour is going to form a breaded looking crust. Misleading
