Title: Great cookbook, delicious recipes!
Review: I gave this as a gift to my daughter and her boyfriend, who love to cook, and they are delighted at the delicious recipes with a variety of food choices they've never considered for tacos. Title: The recipe's are easy to follow
Review: I made the banana cream tacos and they were delicious. Before all the recipes there are tips on ingredients, tools, and methods. I mainly got the book because it said 300 taco recipes, I wasn't looking for stories, history or technique. The recipe's are easy to follow, I find myself looking at them and thinking "that's it?". I'm excited to make my way through this book.

Title: Love it!
Review: I live in the southwest and thought I had already experienced any taco ever thought of. I was wrong! Kelley's cookbook gave me dozens of new dishes that are easy to prepare, ingredients are easy to find, and everyone in my family (young and old) have eaten up everything I've made so far. Also very handy book to have when having extra guests, tacos are easy to serve and look beautiful on a buffet.

Title: Makes Me Drool just thinking about Tacos!
Review: Almost a different taco for every day of the year! I probably would be happy to try to eat every one of these too but alas my husband being a HUGE Mexican food fan just might cry "uncle" after about 30 days straight. All kidding aside, wonderful ideas and combinations which are all worth exploring. I've so far fixed about 10 of the recipes and been very happy with the results....now I just have (OMG) 290 to go! Enjoy!

The writing is as breezy and fun as Kelley is in person, and there are a bunch of recipes you'll want to add to your favorites.
