Title: Great place 2start!
Review: Very basic, easy 2read, straightforward recipes. Quick read, no nonsense ingredients, utensils, techniques, etc. necessary! 1recipe per condiment, each condiment was probably what we all have in R fridge or cupboards ATM. I would've liked 2c a lot more variety in recipes, &a lot more information on item preservation/expiration, etc. My 1st condiment read was 5star "Homemade condiments" by Jessica Harlan, so maybe I'm spoiled, but as I already said great place 2start, get starter recipes 2build off, etc.
