Title: Actually a great Teapot and infuser... for the money I was surprised.
Review: I recently suspected I had developed an allergy towards coffee and decided to switch to tea. Tea made with a teabag was never strong enough so I purchase this to brew loose leaf teak. The initial pot I purchased was said to be microwavable... it was not. When I looked at this one I liked that it was a bit larger in size, had an infuser that dipped well into the liquid and looked pretty nice. I've made several pots of green tea on the stove (may be microwavable but there are some metal parts). Tea came out nice and strong like I like it and cleanup was a breeze. i have to say that I really love this little pot!

Title: Custom Tea Brewing
Review: Great unit to make custom teas for the workplace. The glass kettle seemed flimsy at first, but it has held up very well. The leaf catch holds an impressive amount of tea leaves with fine mesh grating that keeps any residue out of the brew. I pore from the stove kettle into the glass teapot, and I can make enough tea to almost fill an IKEA 57 oz glass pitcher, which I then chill and pour into Mr. Beer bottles. The glass kettle is super easy to clean. The front end catch pops out, and everything disassembles so you can get your hand and a blue pad or sponge into the main pot. After using this for hundreds and hundreds of brews, from coarse leaf to very fine, I am sold.

Title: Nice little teapot
Review: This teapot is user friendly and I'm finally brewing pots of tea again after making it by the teabag for so long. I like watching the color change as it steeps so I wanted glass. Alas it is fragile, one arrived cracked but they replaced it so kudos to them on that. I just don't know how long I can go without cracking it I think putting the metal rim on it is a risk as well as putting it in the refrigerator too hot since I only drink black tea iced. I don't actually boil in this and wouldn't recommend it though it says you can. Bottom line, it works, I brew with whole leaf tea now; it's a tad more effort but the tea is fresher this way and the pot is lovely as well. It's a more zen experience with the tea now. I'd like to give it 5 stars I guess it would have to be totally unbreakable glass and I mean real glass that couldn't break to get 5 so maybe I'm being too harsh.

Review: I love this teapot and have bought three of them for various locations. They have been great, but one of them cracked and broke quickly, however the company was very responsive and kindly sent a replacement at no charge. It’s a great teapot, especially when making tea for two or more people at once.
