Title: Awesome scope
Review: Great telescope! The set up was basic step by step didnât take too long. The fine tuning of the scope took much longer. Once I tune the scope provides great views. You can take great pictures from the scope. This was so fun as a family to do and provide many hours spent together looking at the sky. Scope is surprisingly light weight and easy to move from one area to the next. Scope comes with covers for lens to keep dirt and dust out

Title: A great starter telescope!
Review: This is the second birthday gift for my son, who loves to see stars and the moon. He had been asking for a telescope for a long time, so he was incredibly excited to receive it! Itâs a great telescope for beginners and is very easy to set up and operate. My son took it out to observe the sky on the same night he received it. Although it didnât come with a detailed manual or instructions, itâs pretty straightforward to use. I would highly recommend it for kids!

Title: Great starter telescope
Review: I got this for my daughter's for their birthday. We go camping a lot and I think this will be great. We haven't had a chance to take it to the woods yet but have tried it at home in the city. I think k for a full experience, we'll need to take it away from city lights bit so far it's a great beginner telescope. The only negative is there it didn't come with a detailed manual or instructions on use so we've had to kind of figure it out on our own. But it's pretty straightforward. I would definitely recommend.

Title: Cool telescope
Review: So far we really love this telescope. It was very easy to set up and calibrate so we could test it. I love that it comes with a tripod. The additional magnifying lenses and great and I like that they have cases and protective covering. It comes with a travel bag for when we go camping but weâve just been keeping it set up to use when we feel like it.

Title: Disappointed, flimsy stand
Review: I really wanted to love this telescope. As a preface, both my boyfriend and myself have tried using this telescope and both experience the same issues.Cons: Unfortunately, the tripod-to-telescope attachment piece and swivel area is SO FLIMSY. The rivets that connect to the stand are placed in what appears to be hollow aluminum poles (which are sturdy), but the attachment is absolutely awful. Part of the area is very stodgy/sticky to move, but the telescope itself moves waaayyy more than it should once zoned on an object. It is near impossible to focus on an object (using micro movements) because the telescope will literally move and shift on the stand for a few microseconds after I've taken my hands off until it settles wherever the heck it wants, usually to the point where the object is hardly visible in the view of the telescope lens.I've used several telescopes in the past and this one is very difficult to maneuver and keep on an object by comparison.I can't tell if things are too tight, too lose fitting or what, but it just doesn't seem to hold up very well to actual use. Sitting on it's own it looks sturdy, but to use it and locate an object, focus on it, and try to keep the telsecope aimed at the object is frustratingly difficult. The 10mm lens is great in theory but it simply does not get clear on anything. No dust or smudges on the lenses, it just won't focus. Not sure if this is a lens issue or a telescope focus issue. We have just had to keep going back to the 25 mm.Pros: I love that there are lens options, and the set up was very easy. It's lightweight and comes with a decent soft shell carrying case so it would work wonders for traveling with it.The lenses and telescope itself appear to be made very well, aside from the attachment piece and the area where it's supposed to swivel. The 25 mm lens is wonderful. we can see things fairly clearly, but wish I could focus with the telescope's focus nobs better. It may help to know I have perfect vision, so the focus issues are not my eyes, but the telescope itself.Overall I'd give the telescope a 3/5. If someone wants a first telescope in effort to learn how to use one, and they're fine with making lots of adjustments, this is a fine telescope.I am unsure if we ended up getting a defective telescope or if it is just the model, but we will sadly be returning it.

Title: Good starter telescope
Review: Good starter telescope, easy to assemble. Easy to use and picture is clear. Hours of fun just looking up into the sky looking at the stars and searching the planets. Looking at the moon is awesome too. Highly recommend for beginners.

Review: I have to say that this telescope has been a big disappointment. The stand is incredibly shaky and not nearly stable enough to use the telescope accurately. I don't know if I am doing something wrong, but the magnification is really poor and falls way short of the promotional pictures. I live in the Blue Mountains of Australia with really clear pollution free sky, and I can't get a really clear picture of anything other than a reasonable view of the moon. If I had my time over I would choose something else.
