Title: Actually works on my eyelid oil glands

Review: Worked great when it worked. The issue was you couldn't tell when it wasn't working. Everything would look fine, set time and temperature and cover eyes. After a couple of minutes you realize it's not getting warm. Take mask off and there is an error message of OU or something like that. Sometimes, it would get hot if you unplugged from the outlet and then replugged. But then other times still would not heat. The instructions indicate that if you have a problem to email them 24/7-- there isn't an email address. Returned.

Title: Comfortable to use

Review: This is a really nice mask. It has an adjustable strap so it fits well. My only issue is that it doesn’t charge, so it has to be plugged in for it to work.
