Title: Wide feet? Shoes need short break in time!
Review: For the life of me, I am having the hardest time finding court shoes in wide width! This came up in my search and ordered them. Upon opening the box, I said to myself, no way is this 2E! Tried them on anyway and could not get my foot in. I loosened the laces a lot and slid my foot in with a shoe horn. Kept it on for about an hour with laces loose. It was snug but not overly tight so I decided to keep it. Played 2 games of racquetball and it felt a lot better. This shoe needs time to break in and if you have wide feet, order wide and loosen the laces as much as you can. Otherwise, well made, comfortable and supportive shoes.Update: Shoes continue to "loosen up" and feels good. Snug and supportive with the right amount of shock absorption for court sports. I will order again when needed.

Title: ASICS tennis shoes
Review: I bought these as regular shoes. I don’t play tennis. At first, they felt a little thight but soon, they got very confortable. It’s been a couple of months now and no issues.Color advertised as navy blue, they look a little purple to me.

Title: Size Runs Narrow
Review: I tried different sizes and iterations of the Asics Gel-Resolution 8-9 and could not get a fit that was wide enough without being too long. Good shoe, well-constructed and cushioned, but just not a good fit for me.

Title: Great side support with comfortable sole and fit
Review: Very good performance on outdoor and indoor pickleball court surfaces. Lateral movement is secure due to side support in uppers. Sole has good grip inside and outside although slightly susceptible to fine dirt on outside courts. The insole provides a comfortable footbed even for my somewhat oddly shaped feet. I'm thinking about buying another pair so I have one pair for outdoor and the other for indoor courts.

Title: Excellent tennis shoe
Review: I purchased size 11.5 Wide of the ASICS Men's Gel-Resolution 8 Tennis Shoes. I usually wear 11.5 athletic shoes in sizes that have wider designs such as Adidas (Nike is too narrow for me generally). The wide version of this shoe fit great! The normal version must be narrow. So glad they make a wider size.The shoe is very supportive with good traction (only worn on hard court) but not heavy or clunky. The build quality is very good. Out of the box the shoe was comfortable and required hardly any break in. This shoe allows me to concentrate on my game and helps with my confidence. I can move around the court quickly and surely... and it soaks up impact, sudden stops, and split steps well too. I think my foot work is improving a bit since getting these. Two thumbs up!

Title: Great shoes. Silly straps across top of the laces.
Review: This is a great looking shoe that I use for pickleball. Excellent support and grip. Don't know yet how long the tread will last. Hopefully more than my last pair. I have a wide foot so I ordered the 2E width. These shoes come with silly straps that come across the top of your foot by the laces. Couldn't even get my foot in the shoe with these straps. Took a leap of faith and cut them off. Now the shoes fit good. Not great. Still a little narrow but hopefully just take some break in time. I know four other people with these same style Asics and the straps strangle their foot. I understand why it's there . The straps are probably there for support but even without them the shoes have terrific support. I've gotten a lot of compliments on them since I got them

Title: Incredible durability and support
Review: There is a reason this was rated the best tennis shoe on the market when I bought it. The support and durability is unmatched compared to any tennis shoe I have ever worn.I am 65 years old and play 2 to 4 times a week. I am a heavier guy and have a tendency to wear down my shoes rather quickly. But after a year of use these shoes show no wear.They are also rather stiff and offer excellent support. My only criticism would be is they are Not as comfortable as other shoes I've worn but I think that is the price you pay for the incredible support they offer and is a price I'm more than willing to pay. Obviously the reviews were right when I bought this shoe and they said it was the number one shoe on the market.

Review: I bought these specifically for tennis on an indoor court, which is where I have used them the most. They have a cool classic look, provide a lot of stability on the court, they are quite lightweight, and are a little bit more snug fit/with a narrower toe box compared to other shoes. If you have had Asics before, that's what you can expect, you know they are gonna be good.
