The USA Pan Half Sheet Pan is made in the USA from globally sourced materials by a family owned and operated business. These baking sheet pans provide home bakers with high quality and heavy duty tools to create memories while making flawless homemade cookies, brownies, rolls or french-fries for friends and family. The ½ sheet pan features Americoat our proprietary silicone nonstick coating, which is always PFAS, PTFE, PFOA, and BPA free and promotes easy release for baked goods and makes the pans easy to clean. USA Pan baking pans are uniquely designed with a fluted surface which facilitates air circulation and also maximizes pan strength and reduces warping. Our half sheet pan features a steel wire in the rim, which provides extra strength and further resistance to warping. The pans are built with performance features that commercial bakers enjoy, including heavy gauge aluminized steel construction to allow even heat distribution and maximum service life. Title: Love these in my Avantium oven/microwave
Review: I bought these so that I could use them in my Avantium/ convection oven that is also a microwave. They fit perfectly on the glass that rotates in your microwave. Obviously I don’t use them in the microwave setting FYI. A sheet of parchment paper fits perfectly on the pan. They wash up very easily. They are sturdy, but not too heavy. Two come in a pack. Wish I knew about these sooner. Happy Baking

Title: Nice heavy duty roasting pans

Review: I was super excited when the pans came but I was disappointed because it came with a little dent on the inside part of the pan. I noticed there was a rust too. Otherwise the overall material are excellent

Review: I purchased 2 of these and 2 muffin pans and I loved the easy clean up with them. I baked veggies in the oven and they dumped off without any sticking and the pan washed easily. Best part of it was I didn't need any oil or grease, or parchment paper.Haven't used the muffin pans yet, but have been told they are just as easy to use and clean. No greasing required.Very sturdy pans. They are quite heavy so if you can't use much weight with lifting, etc they may not be the best for you.

Review: After spending a fortune on half-trays from Williams Sonoma (which stuck after the second time I used them!) and french enamel that is impossible to clean, I was a bit skeptical about whether these would live up to their reviews. They are AMAZING! I have been using them for several weeks now for baked veggies and other things that would normally stick (sweet potatoes, glazed carrots etc) and it just takes a quick wipe under water to get them perfectly brand-new clean again. Not only that, they are really heavy and there's been no warping at all. I'm so glad I bought these trays - I've given away my other ones to my kids LOL
