For over four decades, member-owners from Michigan's electric cooperatives have been submitting their secret recipes, family favorites, and delectable treasures to MI Co-op Kitchen, a food and beverage site that's part of Michigan Country Lines magazine. Each month, the favorites are awarded a photoshoot for their dish and a spread in the magazine.
We took just 100 recipes from the past ten years of winners and and compiled them into the Michigan Country Lines Cookbook. Whether you're looking for some deeply comforting soups, fresh and bright salads, a new appetizer for the potluck, or a dessert that will have your friends begging for more, you're sure to find some favorites. And maybe even a new "secret recipe" of your own. Don't worry, we won't tell.

Title: Lots of great recipes
Review: Saw my neighbor saving all the GLE magazines for the recipes and saw this offer in one of mine (I also was collecting some of the recipes). I bought her one for Christmas and got myself one. Now our recipes are all in one book instead of having to search through the stacks. It's well organized, beautiful full color photos, and easy to follow recipes. I love Great Lakes Energy company and all the perks they offer their customers.
