Title: Fantastic Reference Tool
Review: I have been writing semi-annual and annual reviews for over 10 years. I felt like I was in a rut and needed some fresh phrases and perspective when preparing my reviews. This book is organized nicely and for each topic there are recommendations for exceeding, meeting, and below expectations. It puts perspective on the qualifications one must posses to truly exceed. Sometimes what may be perceived as exceeding is just really doing ones job so this book gives a different outlook on expectations.
