Title: The best . . .
Review: My family had been a long time user of nest thermostats, which we loved. After nest was purchased by Google, however, all of our thermostats became completely unreliable e.g., no longer holding schedule settings, randomly changing temperature (sometimes multiple times within a half hour), and the like. Switching to the Google app, only made things worse. While renovating our home last summer, therefore, my brother-in-law recommended Ecobee. Based on both the professional reviews, such as Wire Cutter and Tom's Guide, as well as customer reviews on Amazon, I purchased two of the premium thermostats on Prime day last summer, which were installed in December. At the time, we had not yet selected the HVAC contractor, but not wanting to miss the sale, we decided to take the risk and pull the trigger based on my brother-in-law's recommendation in the reviews. Needless to say, we were encouraged and pleased when the contractor we selected told us that these are the only smart thermostats they recommend or sell to their customers. We've now had the units installed for seven months and have had the opportunity to experience nearly three seasons of weather (winter, spring, and the start of summer), as we live in the Mid-Atlantic. Long story short (or maybe short story long), the thermostats work flawlessly. Not only are they more user-friendly than our Nest thermostats, but they offer far more granularity in terms of the control - all through a super intuitive and user friendly interface on both thermostats and the app. And as a bonus, the reliability of the various settings, which regulate temperature based on time of day, and whether or not you are home, has resulted in significant savings on our electric bill; although part of this is undoubtedly attributable to the fact that we replaced our old HVAC system, it's worth noting that-for budget reasons we purchased a 14 or 15 seer system and did not go with one of the high-efficiency system. if you're in the market for a new smart thermostat and can make it work with your budget, you won't be disappointed. Highly recommend.

Title: The best product set up experience I’ve ever had.
Review: I purchased the original ecobee many years ago. It was still going Strong and had zero problems, but I was using a remote sensor and it was in a hard to read location so I wanted to upgrade to the newest model with the upgraded remote sensors. It’s often that we’re disappointed by product installation instructions or product support, but let me be clear that was not the experience here the walk-through was so easy and so well thought out and complete that someone with zero experience could accurately and easily install this thermostat. It’s a rare brand that puts this much effort into customizing the instructions as this company has. The instructions are electronic, visual, and interactive, and they actually change to go specifically to your situation. Even the background pictures show the exact situation you have really I don’t write reviews often, but this is well deserved. As for the thermostat and its functions, it integrates very well with iOS devices including the Apple Watch It’s easy to set temperatures remotely. It’s also very interactive at the thermostat itself. one of the standout features is having remote sensors that weight their input depending on if a room is occupied. I really don’t think there is a better thermostat on the market for its feature set but once you include the customer service and the product installation experience then bar none there is nothing better.

Review: It works in Dubai but requires a change in the wiring. I hired a company and paid 350aed for the installation.There were 2 minor connectivity issues but Ecobee has a live chat. They answered immediately and helped me resolve the issue and it never happened again.
