Title: Gets the job done. GREAT piece.
Review: just as promised. this is a heavy weighted rolling pin. be careful it doesn't roll off your counter. It is wonderful for pastry and dough because you don't have to do as much work. the weight makes a smooth and easy time rolling out to desired thickness. The ball bearing make it so I never have to move my wrist or hands, the handles stay stationary and the pin rolls around the axis. it is a GREAT pin. very wide and made bread, cookies, and pastries a breeze! So glad to have found this. It cleaned very easily and looks professional and shiny after washing. I hand washed so that water didn't get inside the joints and rust or oxidize. Overall a GREAT tool and I am VERY happy with it.

Title: Perfect Rolling Pin
Review: Way better than my wooden rolling pins! Itâs the perfect weight and size, fits in a kitchen drawer, & is easy to clean. The handles and pin roll independently of each other so itâs not like a French rolling pin (which is something I was concerned about.) Very easy to use!

Title: Get this one
Review: I was looking for a rolling pin that had it all - good weight (not too heavy or too light), separate rolling mechanism from the handles, easy to clean, durable, multipurpose uses, well-made, and a good price. This one fit all of those needs. I would definitely buy it again.

Title: good product
Review: This rolling pin attracted me by its weight and the fact that it was stainless steel. It was heavy as described which is great when rolling out dough and fondant. The only problem i have is that it doesnt actually roll (spin) but I get it to work the same by letting it roll through my hands and pushing it forward or backwards. I wouldnt buy it again though, I would just get a marble one.

Title: All that's missing is a stand for it
Review: This is a thing of beauty. Stainless handles, stainless pin, near perfect welds, looks to be even a stainless rod inside. There is a sound inside, which I believe is some sort of grain, that is used to give it some 3 lb 10 oz weight. A lot of rolling pins state nylon bearing or ball bearing and I find that is incorrect. This states nylon bearing but I think it is just a nylon bushing. My rolling pin journey began when I wanted to replace a cheap dollar store plastic rolling pin. I wanted to avoid wood rolling pins because I took one look around my kitchen, and I have no wooden tool that looked like new throughout the years. Marble was the first type I looked at and I couldn't find a marble pin that I was happy with, either the surface had imperfections I could not ignore or the drilling of the hole through the marble pin was off center.I finally found this stainless steel pin and an aluminum pin that is larger. I am currently happy with both. Please click YES if my review have been helpful to you, it will encourage me to continue writing and updating my reviews, and leave a comment if you have any questions, I will be more than happy to answer if I can be of help.

Title: Garbage
Review: If youâre looking for a reliable rolling pin, look elsewhere. The Norpro Stainless Steel Rolling Pin was a complete disappointment from the moment I used it. The handles bent after the very first use, rendering it practically useless. I had high hopes for this product given its stainless steel construction, but it failed miserably. The rolling pin felt flimsy in my hands, and I could tell right away that it wasnât built to last. During my first attempt at rolling out dough, the handles gave out, bending awkwardly and making it impossible to apply even pressure. Itâs as if the manufacturer used the cheapest materials possible.Returning it was the only option. Save yourself the trouble and invest in a better quality rolling pin. The Norpro Stainless Steel Rolling Pin is a waste of time and money.

Title: Like it so far. It is quite HEAVY, but that's a good thing too.
Review: Have only used it a few times:Like the extra weight to press down on the dough, like the finish-easy to clean, no worries about water-logged wood/oiling wood, bearings seem to be smooth and roll well, like the size of the barrel and plenty of room on the handles-length and width.I would say the only drawback could be the weight. This thing is HEAVY and I would not recommend it to a little old lady or someone with muscle weaknesses. The weight, of course, is part of the design, but know that it is likely much heavier than your normal rolling pin.

Title: Ditch the branch...
Review: This rolling pin is amazing!! I'm sure it will outlive me. I used to use an old hand-me-down wooden rolling pin that my mother passed to me. I was always so frustrated with dough sticking to the wooden one that I thought there must be something better out there. So my search began... my first thought was to get a marble pin ( http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0000VLPAS?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s01 ) which I researched and ordered. BAADDDD mistake... I think you have a 80% chance of getting on that's been drilled crooked and that's exactly what I got!! So disappointing!! Anyways I returned that pin and did more research and discovered this stainless rolling pin. It's great... put it in the freezer before rolling out pie crusts and this bad boy keeps your dough cool and doesn't stick at all. I can't even believe what a difference it makes over a wooden one. I only wish I had given up my sentimentality sooner and diched the rolling branch sooner. Happy rolling!!
