Title: Works Well - Great Customer Service
Review: I had initially written a negative review due to "operator difficulty" on my part. The nasal attachment needs to be correctly clicked into place for the water flow to work correctly. If it is not, you'll know it and probably think the item is defective. Believing it wasn't working correctly, and months past the Amazon return date, I wrote a negative review. The manufacturer promptly reached out to me with apologies and offered a FULL refund. I'm glad to say I figured out my error and no return is needed. Based on the immediate customer service response, I'd definitely purchase from this company again.

Title: worked out of the box
Review: Just got this, and it worked right out of the box. Can't say yet how long it will last, or if issues will arise. It was fully charged already, so needed no charging. It does have a very small chamber, so will need multiple refills. My only concern is that it can't be operated from a wall plug, nor can it use replaceable batteries. This will limit usefulness during power outages, camping, etc.

Title: THIS movel doesn't work! But the newer one does.
Review: This model would not work, so I called the co and the president of the co, actually personally helped me and he was really nice and helpful and repled this model with a better model that realy does work well. So even though this model doesn't work for me, I gather the company had not had any other complaints with what I had trouble with, but the co did replace it free of charge, with a better model that does work really well....so I have mixed freelings.....this model didn't work for me, but it seems to work for others....but the newer more expensive model really did work well for us.

Title: Wow! Really works
Review: As a long-term sinusitis sufferer with a deviated septum and post-nasal drip and whose sinuses get stuffed up all year-round, I can not overstate how great this product is.Ordered at end of January 2022 and it came in a few days and was packaged well.Unboxed it; read the instructions (very small print); filled it with distilled water and the saline I ordered for it; and pressed it to my right nostril and pressed the On Button. All I have to say is wow!For the first time in years and years of usinig cans of over-the-counter pressurized saline and nettie pots something happened that has never happened before: Saline went in my right nostril and came out my left nostril with a little coming out of my mouth.Next, I used it on my left nostril which was more blocked than my right. It was like I had cotton packed in my sinuses. I pushed the button and for a split second I paniced because the pressure was building up so much I thought my nostril might explode, but suddenly the pressure went dropped and saline flowed from my left nostril to my right with a little coming out my mouth.I gently blew my nose afterward but still felt wet so I gently drew in a breath through my nose and drew a fair amount of phlem the likes of which I have never seen.That was it. Went to bed that night and slept like a baby breathing through my nose the entire night. Used it again the next day then waited a few days and used it again. After that I put it away and did not use it again until tonight (6/6/22) because it's pollen season and I have had to use nasal spray to clear my before bed.After sitting for a little over four months it worked flawlessly. My sinuses are clear again. Will probably use again tomorrow and put it away until I need it again.Strongly recommend this product.

Title: Well dang
Review: I know the netti pot works. But working long hours and having a long commute, I got lazy about doing it. I felt like the salt wasnât dissolving, I was pressed for time and not hearing the water. I stopped doing it and I suffered for it.I saw the giant machines have their own pods. Well ok then. Iâm cheap. I have about 200 salt packets lying around. I donât want to buy specialty itemsI began to do my research on these portables. And lo and behold after hours of reading reviews I stumbled on this guy. And my FSA card paid for it.Tried it out. And after I was done I couldnât bend without having sinus drip. Thatâs how much was flushed out of there. Even with two weeks of Mucinex & daily singulairThis thing is easy and fast. It works! A life saver

Title: The best get better
Review: The SinuPulse Travel is a must for those with sinus issues. I wanted a backup and just purchased a second unit. Thank you for fixing the one thing I did not like on my prior unit. The new device now comes with a standard USB cable, I don't have to take an extra cable anymore. YAY! This is a great company with excellent customer care.
