Title: Some of the pest repellers did not turn on
Review: The units did not last very long and some of the repellers were damaged and did not work right out of the box. When I contacted customer service they informed me that They would issue me a refund after I returned the ones that I told them were not working and the ones that were damaged. I checked to see if the items were available before I agreed to this arrangement and found that they were unavailable for ordering. I asked the person in customer service ( was on a chat), ifhe knew when the item might be available for ordering but he failed to answer my question. I asked several times.I am completely dissatisfied with these repellers. I had bought them for spiders. The customer service representative kept saying he had to contact his lead to get an answer. I do not recommend these repellers at all. Customer service did not resolve my problem either.

Review: I ordered these to install in a home that we just bought because field mice and other pests could've become a problem since the house would be unintended for months at a time.Prior to us purchasing the home we knew that would be a problem because we saw mice droppings/etc. and the house was unoccupied for several months before we bought it.So, after the purchase of the house we installed these all throughout the house and being gone for 2 months I wasn't expecting much but guess what??WE CAME HOME TO NOT ONE MOUSE DROPPING AT ALL!These things must work because we didn't see anything and let me tell you - we looked everywhere.Since it comes in a pack of 6, i think the key is to place them strategically around your house to make sure you maximize their effectiveness and efficacy.The ultrasonic sounds don't affect anyone in the household, they don't use much power and you don't have to worry about poison if you have pets.All around, this is a good buy if you worry about pests in your home and especially if you have young children/pets. I highly recommend this product!

Title: Waste of money
Review: I had purchased ultrasonic repellents before and was very satisfied with the results I got. I recently moved and since the old ones were more than 2 years old I decided to get new ones however the ones I recently purchased were not available. Since theses had pretty decent reviews at the time and almost 5 stars and reasonably priced I decided on these ones. I wasn’t seeing many bugs just a random small one occasionally but wanted to be proactive I expected to see more the first couple weeks as informed. And that I did. However it has now been about 6 weeks and there is no improvement. I honestly feel like now my bug problem is worse. Do not recommend
