Title: It works great and serves it’s purpose.
Review: This is a natural product from Senna leaves. It’s not harsh, and it works in about eight hours so I take it as needed, when I take it… it’s around 10:30 PM. By 9 AM the next day, all is good. It’s really smooth and easy going! Lol! No side effects. The tea taste really good too! You may wanta try it out without any commitment to be anywhere the next day! It’s good to see or feel how it works for you! Everyone is different. Just saying.

Review: I had Bariatric surgery recently and one of the after effects is often constipation. I’ve never dealt with this issue before. I tried Miralax first and it didn’t help. I needed serious help because this issue was going on 4 days. I got the Smooth Move capsules on recommendation from my surgeon’s office and took 3 capsules before bed, which is the max dose. It took two nights of capsules to solve the problem but total relief at last! It’s gentle, does not upset my stomach or cause cramps. I love that they make this in capsules because Miralax makes me gag and didn’t work. Price point is good and definitely a must have to keep in your medicine cabinet.

Review: I was introduced to smooth move for the first time when I did the 10day lemon cleanse. Because you’re not eating, you need to either drink salt water or a laxative tea to help you have a bowel movement (sorry TMI!) well...I’ve always hated laxative teas, of any kind! So..when I found out that Smooth Move sells capsules that contain the same thing as the tea, I was soooo relieved 😉 taking the capsules is so much easier for me than drinking the tea. And it works, it works well! Personally, it doesn’t give me any cramps, usually I take it at night, before going to bed. Keep in mind that I don’t take this on a regular basis, which you shouldn’t be. But it’s a good solution of occasional constipation due to traveling, or not eating well..etc

Review: Las capsulas son buenas aunque no como el te… ese si que es super efectivo! Lo amo pero no lo envian a Colombia asi q me toca traer muchos cuando voy a pasear. Mientras tanto me tomo dos capsulas con 2 o 3 vasos de agua antes de dormirme y algo ayuda.

Title: Love the tea, but this is so convenient and works better!
Review: I'd be lost without this product. I have relied on the tea for years, and I actually love the way it tastes, but I don't always feel like tea. And, sometimes...the tea doesn't come through for me. May be it didn't steep enough, may be the ingredients are not consistent per tea bag? IDK, but the capsules have worked every time, easy to take, no bad cramping, gentle...I highly recommend.
