Title: One of the best Diet Journals I've ever had!
Review: I love the way each day is set up. It has the day/date at the top, and room to record each meal, exercise completed and water consumed. Also has room at the bottom to record victories of the day and ways to improve for the next day. It has room for everything you need to record when you are dieting.

Review: This is a great Journal with EVERYTHING I was looking for in 1 book. There's motivation, Habit Tracking/Building, Water Glasses to track your intake, easily track the food you eat, a curvy silhouette shows gives guidance on were & what areas to measure to track shrinking inches, There's space for Goal setting, Reflection, & everything has a positive spin on it that makes you feel like you are good enough, pretty enough, & smart enough, but maybe you wanna try & improve yourself here or there. It's definitely a great book for record keeping, documenting your journey, & so much more.

Review: I've tried many different food / diet journals over the years but haven't really loved any of them. I am close to loving this one. I love the setup. The front of the book has a place to record goals/weight/measurements. It includes spots to write food/exercise and record water. I like that you don't have to track calories in it, as I don't do that personally. It has day number rather than date which I also like. Though I do wish it had a dedicated spot to write the date.The only draw back for me is the size/quality. I would prefer a thicker cover and also I'd rather have a purse size journal. This is too big to easily carry with me. If the pages were split in 2 - food one one side when open and the rest on the other side horizontally so you could have it half the size. And a nice pretty thick cover. With a pretty design maybe rather than the title as I'd prefer people not to know what it is. Maybe the maker will see this and make an alternative.But for the price, it's a good choice and I will purchase again.

Review: I love this little journal! I have had success with WW and know tracking is key, however I am a pen and paper person though and through. I love having this little book with me to keep track of my food and fitness, it has space to log cravings as well as things to make tomorrow better. It isn't some magic weight loss thing, but it does make it fun to be accountable with the ability to go back and see thoughts and struggles and helps you track progress. I have done WW/Noom enough to know what I can and can't eat, so this is a great way to stay accountable without all the cost of app subscriptions.

Title: Very much worth it!!
Review: I actually bought their “Start with Gratitude” journal a little while ago and I loved it so much I decided to order this one to help me keep track of what I eat, my habits, and my workouts. This is absolutely perfect for that and it lets you write your start weight and all the measurements of your body. I love it and can’t wait to say hello to the new me:) also it has a new quote for each day and I just think that’s so cute and exciting!

Review: I really like this book. The format is simple and easy to follow. It helps me to keep track of the foods that I eat and the exercise that I do.By writing everything down, it helps me to take accountability for my food choices and to exercising. I like checking the boxes with a smile for my food choices and exercise activities. I don't like checking the frown boxes so this book has been very very helpful.The book has a wonderful monthly program. I'm not following it. Right now, I'm just trying to eat better and exercise more.I highly recommend this book. It's a great habit tracker

Review: I used to try daily journaling with blank books, but it got really annoying to rewrite the format every day. So I started looking for daily tracking books like this. I have tried several over the past year, but this one is my favorite. I like the size of the book, it has a lot of room for writing and includes all the important things I want to track, I appreciate the quotes on each page and the body check in every 30 days. I have almost filled up the 2nd book and just ordered number 3. I find it really helps me stick to my plans and keep me accountable so I will continue to use them.

Review: So, I decided to make a 90 day body and mind transformation and this journal is absolutely fantastic, it feels like a notebook and the cover is really inspiring, you can mark day by day which helps you with motivation, also at the begining you can add your measurements and at the last day the final ones, also it has 20 recommendations to succeed and finally everyday you can register breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, water, sleep time, workouts, cravings response, something to improve, move about food and exercise. It just has everything, also at the end you have some sheets where you can write or draw, I recommend it 100%.

Review: An excellent journal which has really helped me. I have mobility issues and use a wheelchair all the time so losing weight has been hard for me and the temptation to eat too many sugary foods for a quick energy and/or emotional fix is my downfall. However this journal (and the help of Paul McKennas hypnotic gastric band book and DVD) has helped me lose 1st 4lbs despite not being able to exercise. Even with following the hypnotic gastric band programme I find that if I don’t write in the journal then I am not accountable and I fall off the wagon and overeat and eat more sweet things than I should!The first few pages of the journal are about goals and your starting point with weight and body measurements, the last page records your new measurements and results. The 90 pages in between record the 90 days of the journal.It begins with space to record what you have for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. There is lots of space for all of these. Next you can record sleep time and smiley/ indifferent/ sad faces help to record how you feel about your food and exercise that day, I learn visually so this is a really good way for me to recognise how the day has gone to help me make make an improvement the next day even if I’m having a bad day and I just do a bit more and get dressed rather than have another PJ day! I also love the water glasses as a visual reminder to drink more but it would be better if the journal specified how much water each glass represents.Next there is an exercise/ activity section to see what I do throughout the day and record it so I can identify where I’ve maybe overdone things if I’m struggling to do more than sit/lie there the next day.Under this is a section to note cravings and my response to them, this is a really positive way to look forward which combined with the last section of “something to make tomorrow better” which makes me get into a positive frame of mind with an action plan that I wake upto the next day!Overall it is an excellent journal and I’d recommend it to anyone who wants to be healthier or lose weight.
