Title: Great fit, easy install - 93' K2500
Review: Wanted to ditch my old radio as it was taking up space, plus I wanted to finally install a brake controller.I am not a fan of brake controllers down by the knee, I want quick access to it and to visually see it without taking my eyes off the road. I installed a brake controller into the pocket to mimic modern trucks that have a brake controller on the right or left hand side of the steering wheel.The pocket is made from pretty solid plastic; I drilled a larger hole in the back of the pocket to clear the brake controller harness, even with the hole, the pocket was sturdy and didn't crack, bend or get brittle.It looks sharp, sturdy and even with the brake controller installed in the pocket, I still have room for my wallet or chew tins. Since phones are the size of aircraft carries anymore, even if I didn't have the brake controller installed, my iPhone 15 couldn't fit in it flush anyway. If I snag another OBS Chevy 88-94 I will install this one. Can't beat the price, LMC and Classic Industries has similar ones for double the price.

Review: Apart from the texture being smooth plastic instead of textured there was really nothing wrong with this cubby hole. It fit pretty close to perfect, lined up well, holds still, really all you can ask for with a cubby hole.It's a pain in the butt to install because the stock radio doesn't have a connector on the back of it, but rather built in cabling that has the plug deep inside the dash above the amp and support brace which need to be removed to get to it before you can remove the old radio. Or you can just cut the wires on the back of the radio, tape it up and hide it behind the cubby hole.... *cough* definitely didn't do that....

Review: Like everyone else says, it doesn't look 100% stock, but it's so easy and makes it look good, and is cheap on here. Bolts right in.Worked great in my 1993 gmc c1500 sierra extended cab. The radio had to come out as well as the seperate tape deck, this is the pocket for the space left behind from the radio. Again, like others said, would be nice if it was a tad deeper, but it's still sufficient.
