Title: An excellent value, at least for my needs. Read on to see if it might work for you...
Review: I had been shopping for an air fryer / toaster oven combo device for several months, but found it tough to make a decision, since there were so many models available of all shapes and sizes, from a bewildering array of companies. I was fairly certain I was looking for a combo model air fryer, since my old (non air frying) toaster oven was clearly on its way out, and I wanted a device that could do both types of cooking, since I used my old toaster oven a lot (I don't usually cook enough to warrant heating up my big, full-size oven). This Cosori 12-in-1 model had been recommended as a lower cost alternative to the highly rated Breville model... similar features, maybe not as highly reviewed, but literally half the price. About 3 months ago, I randomly logged onto Amazon, and happened to click on this product, as it was shown as a "recently viewed item", and saw that for a period of just a couple days, there was both a manufacturer and a vendor coupon available simultaneously, which made this product available for a particularly low price, even cheaper than some clearly inferior lower-end models... so I finally pulled the trigger.Everything arrived on time, and in good working order. I set it up and tested it, and "bake", "toast", and "air fry" all seemed to work. I don't know much about the other 9 functions, and don't anticipate using them much, so limited my initial testing to those 3. I was initially skeptical about getting a model with digital controls, because I appreciated the simplicity of the manual controls on my previous toaster ovens... but these controls were very straightforward and intuitive... no need to consult the manual or online resources at all.So, after I first set it up, I didn't actually use it for a few days. The reason being, before I started cooking in it, I first ordered a large silicone mat to place on the counter below it. I did this because every toaster oven I've previously owned always wound up with crumbs and gunk underneath, periodically requiring an extra hard round of counter cleansing. I figured placing this mat underneath should make that much easier. I then wrapped the removable floor panel of the Cosori oven in aluminum foil, which should also make that much easier to clean. I also ordered another, smaller, silicone mat, and placed that on top of the foil-covered floor of the oven. I made sure the mat is heat resistant to above the max temp of the oven, of course. In the 3 months I've been using it, I haven't had to replace the foil covering the floor of the oven so far, and I simply rinse off the silicone mat that sits inside the oven every week or so. Since it's flexible, it's very easy to do. Some reviews here mention that it's very difficult to clean the rest of the inside of the oven. I haven't encountered that myself, but I simply might not be making the kinds of things that make such cleaning necessary. So far I've sprayed and wiped off the inside of the front glass door maybe once a month, and the inside walls have not required any cleaning thus far.As for the functionality, I've found that it does everything my old toaster oven did, plus (obviously) more. Some professional reviewers like Consumer Reports or Good Housekeeping or CNET test a bunch of models with the exact same foods, and compare results. One of the things they do is fill the oven up pretty heavily, then test for things like uniformity of cooking. Where they might, for example, toast 9 slices of bread simultaneously (since a lot of these devices advertise that capacity), and see how evenly they toast... often finding that the ones in the corner didn't cook as evenly, etc. Well, I'll tell you right now, I'm a single guy, and rarely need 9 slices of toast... but when I try to toast 2 slices, centered in the middle of the oven, they come out perfectly. Same goes for making a frozen pizza. Or air frying 6 chicken wings, which I do often. Or making a standard size tray of brownies, which I've done once. Or heating up a couple hot dogs (I prefer heating them in a toaster oven as opposed to boiling or microwaving). I haven't tried stuff like baking a whole cake, or making a whole rotisserie chicken (even though it came with the accessories to do so), since, again, as a single guy, there's not much reason for me to do either, and the price of a store-bought cake or rotisserie chicken is low enough that I'm not really going to bother. Also, since this is the first air fryer I've ever owned, one of the things I wanted to check is that there was really a difference between baking and air frying. Obviously I can see and hear the fan turn on when in air fry mode, which is the major differentiator (though unlike what some have said, I find the fan very quiet... I can only hear it if I'm right next to the unit, not even from the other side of the kitchen). So, I tried bake vs air fry when making wings (since I make them often), and I can say that there is absolutely a difference, and they're noticeably crisper when air frying. Some have said that toaster oven / air fryer combo models don't make food as crisp as typical cylindrical air fryers that have a frying basket with a handle. Well, I can't comment on that, since I've never owned one of those. Also, I know that french fry crispness is a major factor for some people, and understandably so. However, I haven't tried making fries from scratch, so I also can't comment there. But, I've found this device to do a very good job both with bagged frozen fries, as well as with reheating fries from a restaurant. I just spray some cooking spray on them... I don't actually add any oil beyond that.Anyway, I hope this review was informative, while also understanding that it will probably be more useful to other single people like me who are not cooking very large quantities at once. One more thing I found as well... a couple reviews here mentioned that once you initiate a cycle, it starts preheating, then beeps once it's preheated, then you have to go back and press the start button again to start the actual cook cycle. I'm not sure why people think this is strange. After all, the whole purpose of preheating is to get the oven to the proper temperature before putting in the food... so of course you have to come back and put the food in, and then press the start button again to start the cook cycle. That being said however, I don't fancy myself some kind of professional chef, and I don't want to bother waiting for it to preheat and then walk back and put the food in. Ok, sure, on the very rare occasions I'm making something in my huge, full-size kitchen oven, I'll do it. But when I'm just heating up something small, in a smaller appliance like this Cosori 12-in-1 oven, I just throw it in, add somewhere between 3 or 4 minutes to the cook time to make up for the lack of preheating, then skip the preheating function altogether... which can be done very easily, by simply hitting the start button a second time.

Title: Great All-In-One unit
Review: Purchased this unit to replace a regular toaster oven and separate, basket style air fryer damaged after a lightning strike to the house. Overall, I give this unit a 5 star rating. For an all in one unit, it does all the functions extremely well with relatively quick pre-heat times. The unit is larger than photos make it out to be and does get quite warm so be sure you check your counter space and leave room for the unit to "breathe".The air fry function is perfect with the right amount and placement of heating elements combined with a powerful fan. I look forward to using the dehydrate feature but wish I could find 2 additional wire racks and basket trays for this purpose but the included rack, pan and tray are perfect for most all uses.As another review stated, the door is spring loaded. It will stay open at a 90 degree angle to the counter, using the handle as a leg to rest on and makes the door a great landing tray. But be sure to have ahold of the handle when closing as it will powerfully slap closed otherwise but seems to take the negligent abuse very well without damage (so far). The quirky thing is the power button. It's not labeled and had to dig through the manual to figure out how to turn the unit off. By pressing and holding the "Time/Shade" button for 3 seconds, the unit will power off manually. I maked mine with a sharpee until I'm used to it and it removes easily with rubbing alcohol. One thing I didn't consider is for the air fry function specifically. While this unit air fries beautifully, I do miss my pull out basket air fryer for the more messy items. I used to just pull the basket out, give the items a shake, and put it back in, keeping all the debris that falls off in the bottom of the basket. While there is no need to "shake" the items in this all in one unit, crumbs and bits will make a little bit bigger clean up job overall. That's my only real gripe about it.I do like that the light turns on automatically when you reach the 1 minute mark, being both functionally handy and a visual reminder your item is about done cooking. For my family of two, this will all but replace my regular oven as it's size is perfect for 95% of our cooking/baking needs, it even handles a store bought pizza just fine. The only feature it's missing really is a rotisserie but I likely wouldn't have used that much (if at all) anyways. Solid purchase for the money and very happy to have it as another tool in the kitchen. Even bought one for my mom.

Review: It's important to know this model has POWER and optional PREHEAT buttons. Two models are currently on Amazon under the same name but different listings yet this one is more expensive and could use a closer price, confusingly the product images and descriptions are identical (I know because I ordered both). The other model has automatic PREHEAT on each started function that will beep when heated and needs the start button pressed again, whereas this version will just cook without the prompt and seems faster to use and arguably isn't needed since the oven heats up quickly. Another button only on this is SHAKE that sets a beep to go off at half the time listed when pressed, so you might flip or "shake" your food. The fan also turns off sooner when powered off on this model. Though the button labelling is different between the two, the large digital display is the same on both and something really appreciated because they're often too small or not well lit.The performance is great since it heats quickly to every temperature and more uniquely can hit 450F but also dehydrator and ferment levels of 80F. Six total elements are used differently on each function, ie two bottom/two top on bake, four top on air fry, but the fan can be toggled to max on all the modes allowing "air fry" convection heat to whatever temperature or element pattern you want. The build quality is excellent with a thick brushed stainless steel frame on all sides, actually identical to a Frigidaire model still available (who is making it?). Heat insulation is very good without any problems to laminate cabinets on the sides or top, even within an inch. There are also insulation strips layered between the door which many countertop ovens don't have. It's important to mention a review reporting the interior roof metal warping but it's the first thing I tested but didn't see any issue. As for the optional smart connectivity through the app on Android/iOS, it also connects through Google/Alexa and I would imagine someone thinking it was a good idea if they want to start it remotely and have some roasted potatoes ready when arriving home, but according to the manual, no. Remote control is only for after manually starting it, "for safety reasons", and generally seems to be for anyone who would want to choose a specific recipe within the app and have the settings set automatically. You can also toggle things like the LIGHT and POWER OFF, temperature and time, but personally seems like too much and wouldn't you really need a camera to make it useful?Overall, an excellent choice that cooks food perfectly, evenly, and costs much less in energy and time compared to conventional ovens. If you have a noisy rattling fan out of the box (surprisingly common), don't hesitate and just use the Return and Replace option. It should cost around $250 CAD (or $200 on sale) and supports a 2year warranty - more than most other options except for what I think is the closest competitor, the overpriced large Cuisinart at 5year (ranging from $300 on sale to $500). Consider getting an extended 4year warranty on Amazon for currently $36 rather than throwing your money away after only a couple years, sometimes smaller brands can just close shop and dissapear.

Review: This is the first toaster oven that has so many features. I have not tried them all yet, but it is my go to appliance almost every day. It is so easy to warm up leftovers and to heat up snacks. It warms up very quickly so instead of using the oven on the range, this one is much faster, besides, it doesn’t warm up the whole kitchen. One feature that was not included is an interior light. It only lights up just before the timed cycle is going to finish..It has been easy to keep clean so far. I have used a silicone liner on the bottom and use tinfoil on the racks to keep them clean. Teflon coated racks would have been easier to keep clean, especially for air frying. The air frier works like a charm. I have not used the baking feature, but have used the roasting one to prepare chicken pieces. This three in one unit is great for all baking and roasting as well as keeping food warm. The rotisserie part looks sort of complicated and I think will make it hard to clean after, so I am not anxious to use it yet. Also, the outside does get very hot, so it needs to be in a well ventilated space. I have had to move it out on the kitchen counter top in order to keep the heat from the top of the cupboard. It would be better if it was located in an open area as well to accommodate the size, it is quite large.I tried the toaster function, but found that the bread dried out too much, even on the high setting. Also, it toasted on one side only, not very functional. Would be great a for grilled cheese maybe. It took some time to get to know the settings. Digital would be much easier as I have seen some that are.Oh well, it will serve this household for whatever is needed for the time being.

Customers say

Customers like the countertop oven for its performance, ease of use, and cook time. They mention it works well, cooks the food very well, and is easy to set up. Some also like the size and value for money. However, some customers have mixed opinions on the heat level, ease of cleaning, and build quality.
