Title: Great comfortable sturdy
Review: I bought this seat in March of this year 2023. I love it. I bought it for my RV porcelain toilet. The seat is solid and the cushion is perfect. Since installation it has not lossened at all! The metal hinge has not allowed the seat to slide. It has stayed in place for 7 months. It looks great. The hole is a little small. But works. About 2 weeks ago the seat started splitting. I sent them an email for a warranty replacement a few days ago. The warranty is for 1 year when you purchase. They responded the next day. I sent pictures and proof of my purchase from Amazon. I received and email today letting me know that they are sending a replacement. It was an easy process and they responded quickly.I highly recommend buying this toilet seat. It is great quality and comfortable. The installation was easy. The metal hinges stay tight, never loosen, and it is easy to clean. The best padded toilet seat I found. Great value. And the price is great!

Title: A very good padded toilet seat
Review: I never thought I’d be writing a review about a toilet seat, but here I am! I have been through a lot of them, they seem to be made cheap (although the cost of them isn’t!) and they rip or tear almost immediately upon installation. Also, I found almost all of them don’t “sit” right on the toilet so when you sit down the seat shifts, which is not a pleasant surprise and causes the, to constantly need to be tightened. I read the reviews on this on and thought “well it’s pricey and I doubt it will be much better, but I’ll give it a try”. I was completely surprised in a good way. Once installed properly it doesn’t slip and slide from side to side and the cushioning is comfortable and hasn’t torn or ripped. I’m heavy and sometimes have to almost “drop down” onto the seat due to muscle issues and this has been a really good buy. It’s sturdy and helpful. I highly recommend it and also am so glad it comes both padded and in an elongated oval. I kept finding seats that were for round toilets and I haven’t had one of those in years. Highly recommend this wonderfully made product.

Title: Not constructed for weight
Review: The install was easy and it looks nice. I'm going for how it functions; not if it's aesthetically pleasing.I foresee several problems.Taking extra steps to keep it disinfected will be a pain in the... Harsh chemicals on vinyl is NOT suggested. Even the directions say wipe with damp cloth. That's absolutely gross! You'd think at this point they could think of a different covering that could be easily disinfected. It IS a toilet seat.The largest problem is the design. The frame is VERY flimsy. 130lbs makes it bow. Looking at it, it needs 2 more bumpers in the back since the chrome hinges don't meet the porcelain. There's nothing to support the back of the seat so it will flex under any kind of weight unless it's a cat or a small child.Is it comfortable? Yes it's much better on my injury than a wooden seat. I haven't gotten the awful heartbeat feeling in my leg since I've had it. Hence the 4 stars instead of 3.

Title: Excellent Product
Review: Heavyweight construction with just the right amount of padding. I have bone-on-bone arthritis in my right hip and this seat significantly improves my comfort. Very easy to install and stays put. The plastic did stretch and wrinkle after some use, but it is not uncomfortable, nor has it torn.

Title: Feel sturdier than Home Depot brand I had
Review: I bought 2 to replace my downstairs and master bath, and might order another for my kids' bathroom as well. I had the padded one from Home Depot and it was trash, moved all over no matter how tight I screwed them on. I've not had these long, but the metal stud and hinge combo with the break away nuts seem to hold tight so far. They are comfortable to sit on. They feel sturdy comparing weight and hinge mobility on the old one. They are NOT anti slam, but I knew that going in and my kids are teens so it's not a concern. I just got them, so can't speak to durability yet, will update if things go poorly, if not you can assume they're solid. Wife has cleaned them once since we got them, cleaned off fine. I read somewhere (maybe on here) when researching which cushioned toilet seats to get that you shouldn't use bleach to clean these style seats because it breaks down the material, so be careful about that. I told my wife, but she loves bleach so we'll see how they hold up in that regard. Knowing that going in, I won't knock the product if the material breaks down due to her not listening lol. Would 100% recommend so far.

Title: The disserves the rating
Review: This seat is a quality product to say the least. This won't be an everyday used seat; it will be in a spare bathroom. I'm doubtful padded seats would last like the other Bemus and TOTO soft close that are used daily, but man, is it cushy! Excellent mounting hardware that will stay planted. The chrome plating gives a real nice touch.Looks expensive but it wasn't. Glad I purchased it and amazon explained it well to get me to buy. This fits a American standard elongated bowl, and I'd have to say fits 99%.

Title: Feels good
Review: My handicapped son needs a cushioned seat and really likes the way this one feels. It fit our toilet perfectly and stayed tight and secure. But the seat only lasted one year before it needed to be replaced due to a split in the plastic covering. It was really, really hard to unscrew and remove it and I finally had to call a plumber to remove it and install the new seat. That made it a very expensive toilet seat! The new seat has a wrinkle in the plastic just like the first one, so I'm expecting that it will develop a split too. If that happens I will have to order a different brand.

Title: Good seat with poor quality vinyl covering
Review: This seat is well made except for the cover material which is thin and not durable. My seat arrived with a small tear on the top cover even though it was protected by plastic wrap. The product was damaged right out of the box however the box showed no evidence of damage. It was purchased for an older person and according to the terms of the warranty to replace it I must first return the existing seat before I can get a new one. Since the old seat is not usable, this policy would force me to buy a seat locally and pay twice for a new seat. I will attempt to repair the material as this policy is not acceptable.

Review: I have had several cushioned toilet seats & this one is the best I've had. Well constructed. I am expecting it too last a long time. Very comfortable. They are known to crack although I've never had that happen. They are especially good for ladies who have just had a baby & people who have had surgery. Be sure to measure ur toilet before u order. I would definitely recommend this seat. PS The dragon fly decal I put on. The seat is all white.
