Title: This toilet flushes away the competition
Review: The perfect toilet! Good strong flush, easy install, fairly quiet, and looks modern, high end, and clean.I didn’t get the Toto bidet seat, instead I ordered a Delta bidet for about $70-$80 that fits perfectly and matches the color. It’s not as fancy as the Toto brand but does the trick without breaking the bank.One thing to note: If only half of your toilet arrives and Amazon marks the whole toilet as “delivered”, don’t panic. The other half should arrive a couple days later without any tracking. This is how mine was delivered and it definitely worried me at first. I thought they had only sent the bowl and nothing else. But two days later two more boxes were dropped off that contained the tank, seat, and the rest of the toilet and from there everything was easy to install on our own.Also good to know: if a piece in the tank is making a non stop hissing sound after you first install it (I think it was the fill valve), this happened to us and it went away after a few hours, so don’t think something is immediately wrong, give it a little time and it works itself out (at least it did for us).Overall it’s a great toilet and feels like a huge upgrade to our house. Highly recommend!

Title: Toto Drake toilet
Review: We ordered two Toto toilets through Amazon. We had a plumber take out old toilets and install these. They both started making hissing sound after a flush and the water kept on falling in the tank. The seller was Home Solutions and I contacted Amazon and them. I did some research and found out the issue was a defective filling valve. Home Solutions was excellent in working with me. They sent us two new tanks to replace the ones with faulty parts. We had plumber changed the tanks and both toilets work like charms. I appreciate Home Solutions prompt response and providing the solution. If you purchase a new Toto toilet and have this issue it is the valve inside the tank that is defective. For some reason two toilets had defective valves and those were the ones we got. Again, the seller worked with us and the toilets work great. Toto toilets are the best and we have them in all our bathrooms.

Title: Zero customer service
Review: The toilet is great. The seat lid came broken. I contacted the seller. Nothing. I contacted the seller again. Crickets. I contacted Amazon to contact the seller. They said return the whole toilet. Not necessary and a waste. I just need the seat. Crickets. I'm not going to uninstall the perfectly good toilet, put it in boxes (two) and take it down to the return place. Just send me the stupid seat.

Title: Great toilet, packed well, but…
Review: The toilet is great. It has great flushing power and is very easy to clean. I wouldn’t worry about it in shipping. The reviews I saw where it was broken were packaged so poorly. Mine was in a box with foam, then tat box was in another box with more foam…it wasn’t in any major danger unless dropped forcefully.That said, I have one complaint. We have a counter that extends over a portion of where a toilet tank sits (not sure why a builder designed it like that). I measured the space and from floor to the bottom of the counter was 29.75”. The specs on this toilet say it is 29” tall from floor to top of the lid of the tank. Even figuring with needing clearance for the convex portions of the tank rim to keep it from sliding, an extra .75” should have been plenty of space. Unfortunately, the toilet with tank and lid on is actually more like 30”, an inch more than the specs say. Like an idiot, I installed the whole thing and turned the water on before trying to fit the tank lid on…unfortunately, with the toilet flush on the ground it still was too tall to fit in the 29.75” space. As such I had to take a grinder to the tank lid to get it to fit. Looks acceptable after sanding it down, but is not an ideal situation. If the specs accurately said 30” on the height, I would have purchased a different toilet. That’s the only complaint, otherwise we are very happy with it.
