Title: Instant relief
Review: The product does not have a medicated smell and appears like water but it works for me. I spray on a few pumps in the mornings before my day and after work usually on the back of my neck and on my shoulders. I get pain on my wrist from keyboarding and from an old injury I spray it on and am comforted. Pretty much "Spray and Go" and I'm good for the day.

Title: Dried the soles of my feet
Review: My husband noticed that my mood is more balanced and he told me this without knowing I've been spraying the magnesium spray on the soles of my feet.I've had this spray for at 6 weeks now and massage it on the soles maybe 4-5 days a week. 5 sprays per sole. I also started spraying my daughter's soles with magnesium spray before she goes to sleep. She's a dancer so her legs are usually tired. I do 3 sprays per sole on her and less often per week maybe 3-4 days in a week.I never experienced tingling and I massage my feet with lotion afterwards so I didn't noticed the dryness until last week (5th week). The 3rd or 4th week I started noticing the chalky feeling that some reviewers have written about.It definitely helped my moodiness. I'm more mellow and it would take a while to get me annoyed or irritated when if the same situation happened before the spray, I probably would have lashed out already, honestly. As far as sleep and relaxation... it definitely helps. I works nightshift. I spray in the morning after work and I sleep in about 30 minutes (I'm already tired from work). When I'm not working and I'm wide awake at night, I use the spray and I sleep within an hour I would say.4 stars for making my daughter's and my feet dry and peely but I will definitely continue to use it... Maybe not on our feet anymore.Sorry for our dry and peeling feet. I wanted to show you guys how they looked.

Review: La ordene para mi hijo al inicio funciono, pero realmente, lo malo es que el lloraba cuando se lo aplicaba, le daba como picazon,, y eso que no lo aplique directamente a su cuerpo, yo lo frotaba en mis manos primero y luego lo masageaba en su espalda , brazos y pieras,, deje de usarlo en el porque siempre lloraba cuando se lo ponial, lo huse luego en mi hija mas grande y sintio lo mismo,,
