Title: Perfect Weightlifting Shoe
Review: These shoes have an elevated heel that make it easier to squat with proper form for those that have poor ankle mobility. The outer soles are very solid and not compressible which provide supreme stability over other shoes that have cushion when you are squatting. I was initially worried that these shoes would be too tight since my foot is wide but they actually fit very well. They are easy to put on and after you tighten and tie the laces the Velcro step further secures your foot and helps hold everything in place. I have some adidas running shoes so I went with the same size I wear in those and these fit perfectly. The materials seem like they are of good quality and although Iâve only used them a few times I feel that they will hold up to lots of use at the gym. I will say that donât expect these shoes to feel natural as youâre walking around the gym because they feel rather stiff. Theyâre not supposed to be very flexible. The point is to keep your foot in a locked position so you get optimal transfer through your squats or other exercises. I donât like flashy shoes so I opted for the traditional black with white stripes. The adipower III seem to have an upgraded outer sole which will make cleaning them much easier since dirt and debris wonât get stuck in any air spaces like the original adipower shoes. Price point is a little higher than I wanted to pay but they are a professional grade Olympic shoe and this is expected. I donât have any cons at this point but if I do Iâll be back to update my review. I would say if youâre a serious lifter then these shoes would definitely be worth a try. If they hold up well I donât think Iâll explore any other brand of Olympic weightlifter shoe.

Title: Fantastic Squat Shoe
Review: Build quality looks and feels great. Very aesthetically pleasing color way. I bought my normal size, and it fit pretty good. I do have normal width feet, and it is a little snug at the toes, but it doesnât bother me at all. If youâre unsure if youâd like/need Olympic weightlifting shoes, Iâd probably choose a cheaper model/brand or even squat with something wedged under your heels first, as these are pretty pricy compared to its competitors. Although if youâre confident that youâd like heeled shoes, and you do not have wide feet, the performance of these shoes are amazing.

Title: Best ones I tried
Review: I did multiple try before you buys for lifting shoes. Iâve never used them before, but tried castiron and manuklear brands also.Though these were much more expensive, they were significantly more comfortable on my toes. The other brands were almost too narrow. My workouts have been immediately better, form feels great and Iâm very glad I went with these shoes.I have squatted, deadlifted, cleaned, snatched and jerked in them and all my lifts feel significantly better. 10/10 reccomended

Title: Shoe laces frayed. And not what was ordered
Review: Shoes laces came right out of the box completely frayed. Also, the sole of the shoe wasnât what my husband ordered either. Size was good. Just wish that the shoelaces werenât ruined and they were the ones he ordered.

Review: I squat in these for 2 mesocycles. My slow tempo deep paused squat personal record went from 255lbsx5 to 255lbsx8 and I had an extra rep in me. This was not the Wheaties or the carbs the day prior.

Title: Better to buy a bit larger size
Review: I have 8.5 US Man size and have ordered 9 US Man size. It suits well for a gym.It was a bit tight in width at the beginning. But has became comfortable very fast. It is very good for the squat exercise. It makes squats more easy to perform.

Title: Excellent weightlifting shoe
Review: Ran large in my experience. Very padded so had to order a half size up. Ever so slightly longer than needed but foot is snug due to the padding (4.5 stars if i could). Very sturdy and stable for squats especially for someone who recently hurt his back squatting. Velcro strap is very long and laces will fray quickly if they get onto the velcro.

Review: Los tenis son una maravilla, lo malo es la descripción que no corresponde con los tamaños descritos, la caja llegó demasiado rota y el proceso de devolución van 3 semanas y no han realizado la devolución.

Review: For years I've been searching some commercial weightlifting shoes with a heel height greater than the standard 0.75 inches = 19mm.My squat can use all the help possible. These shoes deliver.Heel height is 0.86 inches = 22mm.While not much of a difference, I felt it. My front squats and overhead squats feel a little more stable now.
