Title: A little big
Review: It is comfortable and decent support and soft. However I bought a medium and it is about a inch or two to big. I am 6'1 190lbs for reference. The draw strings feel as if one to many pulls and they will rip out, it does not stay tight around the neck without them, they are litterly held by a few thread. It is worth the price just buy the correct size. Simple to use other than be careful with the strings....

Title: Almost a 5 star..
Review: I am going on an international flight soon and I tried about around 9 different neck pillows. My parents were traveling before me so I got to try them all out at that time. This one actually was not in the running at the time since I saw this after they left for their trip. This one was very similiar to the one my dad ended up choosing. This material is memory foam, I think it has a very good height to it. I think this is what makes this 'type' of neck pillow the best. You can pretty much place it in many different positions and your head/neck is fully supported. There is no leaning much to any side. I think this will be the key to getting good uninterrupted sleep on the plane. I only gave it 4 stars since I got another one that looked almost identical to try out however this one has a drawstring and the other had a velcro/snap to adjust around your neck. This one was good, but my preference was I wanted it tighter. That might be everyone's preference. This isn't the smallest type of neck pillow, but you still can roll it tightly and smoosh it into it's little bag.

Title: Uncomfortable
Review: I bought this for a flight to Europe. I used it for a good 10 minutes before putting it back in my bag. It was so uncomfortable, probably because I have a thin neck. I ended up returning it.Updating the review to 5 stars from 3 stars because the customer service team deserves all the stars.

Title: Too soft and big for me…
Review: Too soft & big for me…Didn’t help my neck pain because of this.Took me several tries before finding the one that works for me. (Again not this one).Make sure can return and try it this one might be perfect for you. Title: Too large for a small adult
Review: It is a neck pillow and is obviously thoughtfully designed with the human shape in mind. I liked how deeply it fit, accommodating the shape of my shoulders.However, even when it was tightly closed, it did not extend high enough on the sides to provide any real support for my neck or head. Maybe it would work for adults with larger frames or if there was a way to adjust it smaller for me.I can’t compromise my comfort for an item that is meant to be comfortable, so back it goes.
