Title: Beautiful 4.5' Tree
Review: Bought this tree after Christmas last year having grown tired of setting up, taking down and storing my 7.5' tree! Living in our small 800 sf cabin I wanted a smaller tree to take up less space, saw this one that looked perfect!Unpacking it out of the box (and honestly not expecting too much) I was very pleasantly surprised at the weight and sturdiness of this tree! Super easy to set up and beautifully flocked. My only " complaint" may be a very uncommon one, but for the size of the tree I wish there would have been ( gasp....) LESS lights! They are beautiful but SUPER white and bright! The lights are not a warm light that I thought they would be. I am still very happy with this tree, loving the sparser and irregular appearance that makes it look like a real tree. It looks so beautiful on its own I did not want to clutter it up with too many ornaments so chose to keep it simple. Overall would highly recommend!

Title: Gorgeous tree!
Review: This is my second Puleo tree and I'm now devoted to the brand! This and my other tree are flocked, I'd say this tree has better flocking that isn't too clumpy and it made less of a mess when setting up. I love the tip material, it's a combo of the normal tinsel tips and high quality plastic ones that are really realistic which makes the tree look very natural. The lights are attached well and nicely distributed, I love how much light it gives to the room. I'm so happy with this tree and would certainly recommend.

Title: Terrible customer service
Review: The tree arrived in a damaged box and the top section of lights not working. We spent a lot of time changing out the fuses and testing one bulb at a time, as suggested in the instructions, but nothing worked. I called the number on the manual to report the damaged section and hopefully get a replacement, only to discover the company does not actually have anyone staffing the phone line. It's a recorded message with instructions to email them for a response within 48 hours. I followed their directions and it's now day 5 and no response. It's unfortunate because it's a really pretty tree that I now need to pack up and return.

Title: Very Pretty!
Review: At first I wasn't sure because there was a huge gap between the branches, but duh, I was going to be filling that in with decorations anyway. The lights are perfectly warm and I added my own that have a glowing movement and they match perfect. I love this little tree so much. Next year I will buy the taller one and have just as much pleasure. GET THIS TREE!!

Review: The box that the tree was delivered in was in terrible condition. Holes and tears. I would normally store the tree in it after the holiday season but I'll have to find another place for it. The tree is beautiful.
