Title: Large bag for a large turkey
Review: The season is almost here but theres no reason to not practice before hand. I went with chicken which left plenty of room for everything else in the bag, for a 12lbs turkey this is more then enough. Plastic is very strong and i like that it zips up so even though everything stays in the bucket and in the fridge. If you don't have that option you can keep the bag propped up in the fridge still without too much concern that it will tip over and spill all over the place.

Title: Convenient
Review: I've been using vacuum sous vide bags for brining but they require me to cut things down to size. It's fine if it's ribs or shoulder cut for char siu. But for a whole pork shoulder lechon asado? These are perfect with ample space. The design is great, with a zip and secure tool. Then with the drawstring help create a better vacuum before fully zipping. This reduces the amount of brine/marinade required.

Title: A solution for keeping your turkey "in solution"
Review: Ever since I saw Alton Brown brine a turkey on his show years ago - and tried it - I've been a big fan. Brining makes the meat better in every way. The trouble has been figuring out how to keep it submerged and cold for several hours. A five gallon bucket is great if you live in a cold climate and you can put it outside, but I don't. These bags are very thick plastic, with zipper tops. I don't think the string/twine will be necessary. The instructions on the box recommend putting the bag in the roasting pan, which I think is a very good idea to keep everything stable and contain a potential leak. I think this will be perfect for Thanksgiving this year. Of course the bags could also be very useful for other meats; if you're cooking for a large group, two chickens would fit in one of these bags.

Title: Good sized turkey bags
Review: These bags are big enough to fit not only a raw turkey to brine, but a whole turkey on a small roasting pan that’s leftover if you’re going to use the carcass for soup. Yes there are more effective ways to preserve it but after a long day of cooking thanksgiving dinner it’s so worth it to just pop the whole thing in one of these bags until you can properly package it the next day.The bags are sturdy and seem like they’d hold up to brine as well.

Review: These brining bags are super thick and durable! According to the listing, they are made of BPA-free materials and are food safe. The bag is huge and will hold a very large turkey. Honestly, I think it is much bigger than any turkey I've ever purchased! The brine and turkey will be very secure in this bag, which features a zip closure that is double-enforced. It also has drawstrings and clips. The turkey will be very secure in this. I will likely still put it in a container, such as the roasting pan, before placing in my extra fridge. This is a safe and secure way to brine, which can be kind of messy with cheaper products. This is a three pack, so it will get me through Thanksgiving and Christmas. Highly recommend!

Title: very nice brine bags!
Review: These turkey brine bags are perfect for getting flavor into your turkey prior to baking it.The only time I tried to brine one, I put it in a big covered pot and flipped it every few hours because I didn't have anything that I could fully submerge it it.This will be so much better. The bag is HUGE and can easily fit a large turkey. I love that it is a zipper close so you can feel confident in it not leaking, and can tell that it is sealed.Definitely put the turkey in a pan to make it easier to transport around the kitchen.I look forward to fully testing this out at Thanksgiving!

Title: Ideal for 20+ lb. turkey
Review: These bags are huge. You can easily fit a 20+ lb. turkey inside, in addition to your brine and any additional marinating components like fruits or veggies. The plastic is very thick, as well, and has a Ziploc enclosure. It's recommended to place the brine bag inside a pan in your fridge, but I would trust this to hold up on its own. Great for Thanksgiving.
