Title: A MUST HAVE
Review: This is the best burger press I have ever owned! It makes the burgers the exact, perfect size for the hamburger buns. Plus it places a divot so the burgers stay uniformly thick. Highly recommend!

Review: Pros:I love that this is a full-size patty maker. It makes patties that don’t shrink up to a meatball, but rather stay the size of the bun when you grill them. I’ve been using it for three years now and don’t ever want to go back to pressing burgers by hand. Other patty presses are, imo, too small in diameter.Cons:It is necessary to use a nonstick layer in the patty press so that you can easily extract the patty after pressing. At first I used the circular waxed parchment disc available here on Amazon. Now I just cut a plastic bag in half and lay it over the press under the ground beef, and fold the other half over before I press it. That way the patty comes out easily each time, and I can just dispose of the plastic bag after I’m making burgers. It’s much easier than using the waxed parchment discs.Note that I still rated this five stars despite this. It’s something very easy to get used to. I still like and recommend this patty press. Enjoy!

Title: Why did I wait so long?!
Review: Been grilling burgers for 40 years and got pretty good but was never perfect. This device makes it super easy, and most importantly, consistent. I weigh the meat, press, and am good to go. Perfect size every time. Doesn't fall apart because of over-working the meat or edges being too thin.And best thing is the 'trick' of making the middle slightly thinner is built in with a slightly concave construction. So burger cooks evenly.

Title: A great hamburger press and nice sized!
Review: I was immediately impressed with the quality of the Meykers Burger Press. The mold is heavy stainless steel. Definitely heavier than I expected. The press is a good quality ceramic material. The press worked well for me. I followed a few simple rules and got excellent results.Weigh the ground beef out in equal sized portions. I made 6 ounce patties. Roll them into balls. Chill the meat balls in the refrigerator for an hour or two.100 wax paper sheets are provided with the press. I used a sheet in the bottom of the press and one on top. I had no problems with the pressed meat sticking to the mold. Using the two wax paper pieces not only improved the performance, but also made the hamburger patties ready to freeze and not stick together.I am quite pleased with my purchase. I would definitely recommend this product to others.
