Title: Really nice hybrid PC monitor/smart TV
Review: Wanted to give this display a try after reading some promising reviews; the idea of a "smart monitor" was interesting to me. I've purchased and used several Samsung displays throughout the years and have been happy with them. This device seemed like a good fit for a home office where having a larger TV was not an option. The picture quality is great, and the sound is rather clear for a display. Not sure I'll use much of the streaming content available but having that capability/flexibility is really nice.I would certainly recommend this to anyone who was in the market for a good quality display where space might be limited. It's priced reasonably well, and is packed full of features. The signature Samsung quality is present in this model and, unlike traditional smart TV's, this could be used as a remote-less computer monitor for closer viewing angles. It's a nice idea for those of us who might use HTPC's, laptops, or other small form factor PC's in our living rooms or home offices.

Title: Best 4K Monitor TV
Review: Wasnt expecting much from the Smart Monitor but honestly it has become real vital in my gaming and even watching shows. The Quality is fantastic and the audio as well is some good quality. Personally I dont have my tv over 15 volume unless I'm gaming cause the volume is that good.

Title: good picture; stand not adjustable; no audio out
Review: Just received & connected everything up to replace an LG 4k monitor. The Samsung is larger and easier on the eyes, but there's a pretty serious drawback: the supplied stand does not allow the monitor height nor viewing angle adjustments, which is a serious drawback to its use as a monitor. On my desk, which is height adjusted so my keyboard is at a comfortable position (no separate keyboard tray), I find that I'm looking down a bit -- neutral straight ahead viewing would have me looking at a spot maybe 1/10th or less of the height from the top of the screen.My primary use for this is as a monitor, and I used to use the LG's analog audio out port to drive some external speakers, including a subwoofer. Now my audio is a little less nice, by default, though I can have my computers drive a USB audio dongle that feeds my pre-existing audio system. I haven't tried this, and am a little worried about picture/audio sync. I do also have a Chromecast attached to the second HDMI input and intend to use that for my 4k streaming needs (Chrome on the computer won't stream 4k content), rather than the built-in Tizen-based stuff. The Chromecast was already set up, and I don't see a need to trust yet another IoT device.

Title: High Quality Monitor/TV
Review: I'm very pleased with the picture quality, features and overall performance of this monitor. I can easily share content from all of my Galaxy devices on the monitor and all of my PC's. It does a fantastic job streaming content from my 20tb drive or through any of the streaming apps. I didn't think I would use their proprietary Samsung TV Plus app, but it's actually surprisingly good (fewer ads than cable TV).

Title: Didn't work as a monitor
Review: I bought this just to use as a second monitor for a Lenovo desktop PCI and a Lenovo laptop PC. It was incompatible with both. Neither of them could detect it properly, even though a Samsung tech support person insisted that it was "plug and play" and the monitor's diagnostic tests had clean results. I spent eight hours attempting to get it to work, including four of five hours on the phone and messaging with Samsung and Lenovo technical support. My Lenovo laptop has all the most current updates, including device drivers, BIOS, Windows 10 updates. I'm giving up and returning it to Amazon. This model, by the way is a 43" version. The model number on Amazon's product detail page was LS43DM703UNXGO. This is the same as the "model code" on the back of the monitor, which said the "model" was S43DM702UN and the "Type No." was S43DM702U. (Confused? I don't blame you.)Calling this device a monitor seems to be a misnomer. It's more of a complex smart TV that purportedly can be used as a monitor. The remote control is handy, but the user interface appears complex and confusing. For example, its guide to hooking up to a PC -- which appears in an illogical location in the menus -- says that if the connection doesn't work, go to Home > Menu > Connected Devices > Sources > Edit Menu. But there is no such path; there was no "Sources" selection under "Connected Devices."

Title: What a GREAT MONITOR!
Review: I love that it locks in MONITOR Mode! It also has a sleep mode so you do not have to do through the hassle of long startup time. The resolution, at 3480x2160 is more than enough to do any kind of work.

Review: Not bad for the price.Installation of the Samsung software is needlessly long. The viewing angle on it is not good, so if you expect to use this as both a monitor and a TV, take this into consideration.Picture in Picture mode doesn’t work with the TV and a computer on HDMI1, you need to use remote computer access and plug your gear in the monitor. That is not really functional if you have a Mac and it seems needlessly complicated to set up just to get your live tv as an overlay.Speaker is really bad and there are no options for external audio.As a second TV used in some cases it’s ok. Price was good as it was on sale.
