Title: Honestly
Review: I haven’t had a chance to use these headphones because there was a shortage in the included items, mainly the one item that is recommended by the seller and that would be the digital audio cable! Advertising something at a reduced price and as improved and then removing the one recommended cable from the included items list is the most dishonest things a seller can do so even if these headphones are of the best quality and I doubt that they are I would still give them a one star, even a 0 star if I could! I don’t recommend theses headphones to anyone!(Update) After ordering a Digital optical cable for these headphones and finally getting to try them I can say that the sound is very good, the comfort of wearing them is excellent because I wear them once a day for four hours in the evening wile watching my tv. Because I have lost 64 percent of my hearing headphones have become an important part of watching my tv because I have received complaints from my neighbors about the volume.Shortly after purchasing the cable a received an email from the seller regarding the missing cable and Winni was very apologetic about the issue. It is unfortunate that a company cannot rely on their employees to do their job correctly and see too it that all of the components that are included with the product are indeed in the package. Although there could be many reasons for the mishap others than employee’s failure to do their job there’s still no excuse for missing parts. I recommend theses headphones because they are of good quality; maybe not as good as a $400. 00 pair of theater headphones but for the money they are great headphones.Update 4/19/24 I did not mention in my review that I have gone through several pairs of wireless headphones in the past and have not been very impressed with the quality and longevity of any of them and I paid over $200.00 for every one of them with the exception of these headphones. My biggest complaint is that none of them held a charge for more than 8 hours the other is none of them were comfortable. With that being said I have put these headphones to the test right away. I used them for four hours a night for four days and the still have a good enough charge to keep going although it is not recommended to drain the batteries completely so I put them back on the charger after the forth night. I am sure that the reason for this is that the headphones have an off on switch which none of the more expensive ones that I have bought did so I give them a 👍 for the initiative to add such a good sense accessory. The other thing that I have noticed is that I don’t have a headache and irritated scalp after wearing them for four hours a night. Only time will tell but if these headaches last two years they will have out lasted all of my other more expensive ones and sound just as good if not better than the all the more expensive one and more comfortable than all the more expressive ones. So my question would be, why buy the more expensive ones?

Review: I was using corded head phones. I found this set and fell in love. They weigh less. Easy to connect. Charge rather quickly, volume control has a perfect sound, the fit my head perfectly without adjusting them so I'm sure they fit a large head ( I'm a 58 year old female) great value for the money!

Review: Fresh out of the box impressions:Easy set up. Useable volume controls. Works great with Kindle Fire 10.Fine for casual listening. Acceptable, but far from audiophile Sound quality. Bass is a bit lacking, but there. Plenty loud. Good for inexpensive item.Outstanding range. I can go outside with walls and no line of sight, without annoying signal loss as I circumnavigate the house.As far as dissatisfaction: The pads could use some ventilation as they are warm on the ears after a while in the hot summer weather. Perhaps, I will consider this an asset in cool weather ?Completely unusable from the headphone out of my Kemper Profile Player. I experienced noticeable latency making it weird to play the guitar. I was however also using Lekato wireless at the same time. I didn't try without the Lekato as these have 0 latency in use. Also, I only got one side speaker listening through the phones via Kemper 3.5 out.No durability comments at this time, other than they seem sturdy enough.and the length adjustment does function wel!

Title: Great product and customer support.
Review: The headphone set arrived promptly and worked great right out of the box. After a few weeks it suddenly stopped working. I contacted the seller through Amazon and received an immediate response. After a few email messages back and forth with the sellers technician the problem was solved which turned out to be a loose connection where the optical cable plugs into the transmitter. I continue to be very happy with the product and the timely service the seller provided.

Title: Great customer service & Headphones!
Review: I purchased these wireless headphones for my husband, as a gift, so he can listen to tv at the level he needs, yet I can also listen to the same tv at the same time at the level I need! After accurately following the directionsfrom the manual, I successfully connected the headphones to the TV & they worked great! Until.... as I was testing them, I tried adjusting the volume & using the mute button on the headphones - neither worked. I tried several things, nothing happened. I thought they were defective & was ready to return them because I knew I did everything right. Before I did, I thought I'd give customer service a try and decided to email them first, even though I figured I'd have to wait a day or two for a response. Well, I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised when they responded just 2 hours later! They asked several questions about my connections, and realized they were all correct. Then they came to the conclusion that I wasn't using the volume & mute buttons properly. To adjust the volume, the buttons need to be pressed intermittently and not held down, as I was doing. Also, the big round mute button in the center of the earpiece is only intended for use when the phone is connected. To mute the tv, you have to press the mfb button on the side of the earpiece.These headphones are very reasonably priced, very clear, nice & light, comfortable to wear and very, very easy to set up. My husband is very happy with them (me, too!) and, instead of our tv volume being up to 80+, I can now enjoy the volume between 16-18!I would recommend them to all!
