How to choose the right mount for 65 inch TV?

1.TV VESA Pattern

Firstly, get acknowledged of the available VESA Patterns of the TV Mount. Kindly noted that: VESA=HORIZONTALXVERTICAL.

2.TV Weight

Secondly, double check the weight of TV (without stand) through the TV manual, and make sure not to exceed the max loading weight of the TV wall mount

3.Possible Blocked Inputs

Then, check the inputs location and ensure TV mount won't block ports.

4.Wood Stud Spacing

Finally, please check the wood stud location and spacing for centering the TV.

Title: Awesome TV mount.
Review: This is my 3rd TV mount from this brand. It's easy to install. Looks and feels durable as always. Once you install it correctly as instructions, it feels like Fort Knox on the wall. Lol. I can easily move my 65" TV to any angles. Would buy it again in a heartbeat.

Title: Great for 65" TCL.
Review: Mounted 65" 6 Series TCL. Came out perfect. Mount is excellent, very strong, easy to adjust. Instructions are great. Definitely consider if the vesa screw holes are in the middle of your TV or towards the bottom and factor that in when determining how high off the ground the mount should go, otherwise your TV may wind up too high. I took an extra few minutes to measure it all out (my VESA screw holes were towards bottom of TV) and I subtracted a few extra inches or so from the height I wanted the center of my TV and it came out right where I wanted it because this 6 series TCL hangs higher than a TV with vertically centered vesa screw holes. Nominal height is suggested 42" for center of TV. I put my center of TV around 48" off the ground.You can definitely hang with one person because after you get the mount up, you basically hook the TV onto the mount and then clamp it in. However, when you hook the TV onto the mount, the TV will tip forward under its own weight unless you first turn the arms/levers on the mount to tighten the mount into a vertical position before you put the TV on it. If you do that first then hook the TV onto the lateral bar you could let go (at your own discretion) and screw the clamps into place to lock the TV onto the mount. You need to use a screwdriver to tighten the clamp and lock the TV onto the mount.ONE DRAWBACK FOR BIGGER TVS: If you need to angle TV significantly you may want to opt for mount with longer arm. The bigger the TV the less you will be able to angle without it bumping into wall. In the pic this was the maximum I was able to angle my TV. I do wish I could squeeze a few more degrees out of it.

Title: Great mount!
Review: The mount was easy to install with clear instructions. The mount came with extenders which gave me flexibility to mount it where I wanted on the wall and be able to find studs. I didn't mount it exactly level but was able to adjust the TV after it was mounted with the adjusting plate that were easy to adjust. It fits snuggly against the wall and also pulls out far and rotates so we can watch it from the other room. Great product. I highly recommend.

Title: A Full Motion TV wall mount with excellent build quality, hardware and instructions.
Review: My review is for the following product:Mounting Dream TV Wall Mounts TV Bracket for 42-75 Inch TVs, Premium TV Mount, Full Motion TV Wall Mount with Articulating Arms, Max VESA 600x400mm and 100 LBS, Fits 16", 18", 24" Studs MD2296-24KThe mount came well packaged and was delivered in good condition. When unboxing, it is very evident that this bracket is sturdily designed and made of high quality materials. Hardware was very well marked and nicely packaged so items could be easily identified by letter or number and unwrapped as needed. The instructions were very detailed and easy to understand and follow and all pieces were numbered in their illustrations, a nice touch. There were even two little levels in the package, one with an adhesive backing that can be 'stuck' to the installation template, a really ingenious and helpful feature, and an allen wrench. The installation template even has the holes where you mark the position already cut out. Thoughtful. Fasteners were well made and nicely finished to match the bracket coating. The hanging brackets fit well on the back of my 55" LG TV and there are spacers and different sized fasteners for the different VESA configurations. A detailed explanation of how to use the spacers and different sized screws are in the directions. I would expect even the most experienced installer to be pleased and the novice installer to encounter few problems during installation. The sliding brackets make horizontal centering an easy task, and the vertical tilt on the mount can easily be adjusted without tools. The final position of the TV could be pushed close to the wall which makes the installation even more professional looking.Unpacking, installation, and adjustments took about 45 minutes, with the bulk of time to make measurements and get the mount attached to the wall. Additional tools required were a phillips screwdriver, power drill (for bracket mounting pilot holes) 1/2 inch socket on a 3/8 ratchet, measuring tape, stud finder, and marker.Two thumbs up for a five start product. Would definitely recommend this mount and manufacturer.

Title: Very sturdy with nice motion, with only one complaint.
Review: The good:Once you get this installed, it's very nice. I used this one on a 65" Roku TV and I'm 100% confident that it's not going to fall off the wall. The motion is very smooth for swiveling and pulling away from the wall. You can't swivel a 65" TV too far without the need to pull it away from the wall a little, and this mount handles this motion flawlessly. This was important to us since we swivel it often when going back and forth from our kitchen and family room. Tilting is very easy to set but note that once you set it, the only way to change it is to loosen a couple of screws. I think setting the tilt motion once and forgetting it is actually a good thing because otherwise it would probably start drifting over time.The Bad:The only reason I took one star off is because of the safety lock design. While it is sturdy, it is a little bit of a pain while installing. The latch keeps flipping down while the TV tilts forward. You almost need a 3rd person to feel safe while doing this. Two to hold the TV while the 3rd person uses both hands to hold the latch up and insert a screw.This is the 6th Mounting Dream bracket I have purchased over the years and all the other ones have a simple (and sturdy) safety lock system which uses two long set screws which are already in place and only need to be turned a bit to prevent the TV from tilting forward. Much easier to install and just as sturdy. I only went with this model because I wanted a 600mmx400mm max VESA pattern to future proof it a bit.

Review: Easy to install. Love that you can use the extension brackets to help centre your Tv even when your studs don’t always align. We’ve purchased two of these and both worked perfectly, are sturdy and were easy to understand instructions. Best mount we’ve purchased yet. Highly recommended!
