I can attach the extension to vacuum the floor, or remove it to do the stairs. It includes with a long-nosed hose to reach tight places, and a brush for upholstery.The vacuum performs as advertised. It has a powerful suction with 3 adjustable levels, decent battery life, and a bright touch display.
