Review: [Edit - I reached out to the manufacturer and they refunded me and replaced the item for the inconvenience.Very satisfied with the resolution.The new vacuum works well and I am using it for as many things as I can - currently dehydrated jerky - and avoiding juicier items such as fruit and tomatoes for the time being.The manufacturer said they are working on a contingency design for liquid being sucked up into the vacuum and I am very interested in that finished result.Upgraded from 1 to 5 stars.]Original Review:I was so excited to get this thinking it was going to help save so much money when your food isn’t going bad the descend you being it home.It does everything as advertised - quick, easy, efficient, and our food lasted longer - but before I could really see how much it improved our grocery longevity, it up and quit recharging.I did notice that when I vacuumed juicier items such as meats, tomatoes, etc, it would suck the juice up into the vacuum. I avoided this as much as possible but assumed there was a contingency for it inevitably occurring in small amounts when removing all the air.Unfortunately, it looks like there is no preventative design for this nor is there a way to clean it… 🤷🏻‍♀️I still think it is a handy lil contraption that’s super efficient but all that becomes moot when it stops performing within weeks.

Title: STOPPED WORKING/REVIEW UPDATE 10/1/24
Review: Review update 10/1/24:I contacted Chef Preserve via email since my return window from Amazon expired and let them know the issue I was experiencing below after only 3 months of use. All they asked for was an order number and if possible a short video of the issue which I thought was perfectly fine. As soon as I provided both they sent me a brand new device and a $10 coupon for bags. I have to say I'm pleased with the customer service which isn't always the case and I am pleased with receiving a new device because I thought it originally worked great and was much easier to use and more accessible than always taking out a bulky food saver! This thing really does suck the air completely out! Also very pleased to see that on their website they are offering bigger bags for bigger storage purposes! That's a definitely plus! I will be changing my star rating to 5 as soon as I get my new device and it proves to last a good period of time! Once again I'm very pleased with the customer service and their response time! This product is definitely worth the money as long as it works longer than it did for me. Hopefully I got a lemon the first time around which does occur but at least they made it right!Bought this item just under 3 months ago and went to use it today and it just doesn't turn on. It completely stopped working out of nowhere! I thought it was cool and sealed nicely but now it won't turn on at all even after hours of trying to recharge it. I can't even return it either because it's past the window and there's goes $100!

Review: To be honest, my husband saw this product and wanted me to order it. Good thing I listened! Love this little gadget! Easy to use and so helpful! We ordered extra bags, but washing the bags has also worked for us! We have Corn on the Cob in the freezer and have used it for our dehydrated onions as well. Loads of uses! We'll keep using it thoughout harvest for sure!

Review: J'aime beaucoup ce produit , par contre très décue concernant les sacs qu'on peut réutiliser après avoir été laver au lave vaisselle. Ce n'est PAS VRAI il ne peuvent pas être réutiliser car lorsqu'on vient pour les emballer il ne se ferme plus et sous vide IMPOSSIBLE DE LE FAIRE. Alors il serait bon d'arrêter de dire cela car déjà les sacs sont dispendieux. C'est regrettable mais vous nous demander de rédigez un commentaire alors voici le mien.
